Very good for short term stay .. ! Relax and enjoy in peaceful environment . Perfect to stay 2 nights to explore the Yen Tu mountain ( cable car + walk). Meditating & Yoga class has been designed for beginner. Food and drinks is at reasonable price.

Great hotel for Instagram”

Beautiful pictures in every angle. Rooms are splendid regardless the type of room. Menu is quite limited, cheap price for eating in hotel comparing to eating in the village next door.

Amazing hotel - pity about the mamangment”

One of the most amazing hotels that I have ever stayed at, worth a lot more than the current price at time or writing ($120/night)! Unfortunately, Truong (one of the managers) made every request seem as it was an effort, and although we did get every issue (only small things) solved eventually it always took 15 minutes longer than it should and left both me and my friends perplexed at the poor service.

Best for a holiday to relax ”

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone (both Vietnamese and foreigners) to come and enjoy their short holiday. Clean and fresh air in the forest. A 5-star resort under one of the most famous pagodas in Vietnam means you get more benefits than other travellers who just come to visit the pagoda. You will have a private gate to access without paying anything and go straight to the cable car without walking too far in this hot weather. Very very helpful and friendly staffs, everything is very unique and lovely but still modern. The room is amazing with a good view. The bed is large and comfortable. I will come back here again for a weekend off.

Mind Blowing”

The place is amazing, I stayed in a junior suite room, it's a fabulous room. The view is phenomenal when I opened the window. The craftsmanship and design of the hotel truly captured the 13th century concept. The breakfast buffet is average no wow factor for me there. My stay was comforting and the scenery of the hotel is mind blowing.

I would rate this hotel 10/10 . Staffs and management are super helpful and beyond extraordinarily. The design , the facilities of the hotel is amazing. My room is amazing that have a beautiful garden view which can hear birds singing in the morning. Love love it

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. The room is spacious and elegant. The staffs are very courteous. The air is fresh and the scenery is beautiful and tranquil. I stayed here only 1 night and wish to come back to this place in the future.

the hotel is well decor & serene. The room is very comfortable with nice view. Breakfast is awesome. However, speed of F&B service at restaurant is quite slow.

extraordinary architecture but worse service ”

I had stayed with my family one night there 1. It took really long time to process check in and no one take care for our luggages even we have baby we have to brign luggages to our room by ourself 2. When we have meal in hotel, we asked to borrow a scissors to cut noodle for baby, one staff tend to go to kitchen to take for us, anothe staff refused and said to us " if you need a clean scissors, you should bring it by yourself from home". It is ok if they donot give us a scissors but you cannot say with customer like that 3. We forgot a watch at hotel, when we call to ask reception to check. They said they will check and call back. We wait after 1 hours later no one call, we call again and they said they cannot find it and someone already check in. Even they can't find they have to call for us immediately that they can't find, they even donot care whatever howmuch it costs for this watch. We always stay in 5* hotel and resort all over the world but no place make us felt disappointed like that for customer service

Amazing architecture, but noisy team building activities happening ”

This place is amazing, but lack proper management. How can you allow noisy team building activities with an MC shouting and playing techno over the loudspeakers early on Sunday morning? Not really what you expect of a hotel marketing itself with words such as zen and meditation.
