        Appalling”

        Booked 3 weeks ago. Turned up Sunday night after 8pm for a 5-day stay. Oyo over-booked. No-one there, staff went home at 6pm. On the phone they lied and said they contacted me that day, but no missed calls or emails. Holiday Inn reluctantly sorted me a room.
