Leith Valley Holiday Park and Motels
Lovely unit with friendly staff but heater in room was not enough for us in winter . it will be good if heater is provided in toilet. Satisfying for a night stay.
Highly recommended ”
a very nice place to stay in Dunedin!
the cabin was clean and tidy, there was electric kettle and toaster, but you have to bring your own coffee or tea and bread, communal bathroom and kitchen also available, location is serene and quiet, I love it there, definitely will going back someday.
All very good except the double bed was too soft for my liking
Location was good but the room was rather small”
The room was rather small for my family of five. My eldest son had to sleep at the sofa bed and once it is made... there's no room for us to walk through. The bathroom was tiny. But it was very cheap though.
Not too far of city, and price is reasonable
cosy cottage for family ”
very friendly staff. we had emergency happened on the day of travelling, the staff took our phone call up until 9pm, and friendly arranged for our extended stay without extra charges and even help us looked up transportation options.
A park for All”
Simple and Great design of motel, very comfortable. Room is slightly small but well equipped with all kitchen ware. All the staff are so friendly, cheers!

Quiet and comfy but slow wifi”
Just few mins from town and everything is close by. Big room with cooking facilities. My room is located next to the river which is very cool at night time and quiet. Suitable for light sleep. BUT the wifi is very weak that I can't really connect to it unless i get closer to the office to get better reception.
Good location and cheap
Everything is good...Highly recommended for family trip...
Excellent stay ”
It was a pleasant place to go. Excellent accommodation.”
They where very accommodating to our needs when we were up there medical reasons. Recommend to any.
Close to centre of city (if you have a car) but on the banks of a creek so very restful with beautiful bird calls. Rooms not serviced but that never bothers us. Kitchen Ok but no stove so used the central kitchen which was great with electric stoves and ovens and a great place to meet other campers. (But no small sharp knife and no potato peeler.) Staff helpful but busy and on the run. Would definitely stay there again. We were staying in a super studio number 7. Nice and dark for sleeping.
Nice site just out of Dunedin”
We stayed in one of the cabins, which was next to a stream. The site was compact but didn't feel overcrowded. We were surprised there was no shop there (we were given milk on arrival) but were provided with a map showing nearby supermarkets and restaurants. Dunedin was a 5-10 minute drive away. We especially enjoyed Otago Peninsular and the weekly farmers' market (Saturday mornings next to the railway station).
What you paid is what you get”
