Very great for new year event”
We book this resort 2 night for new year 2019. the room was small as mention on the size information, but it doesn’t matter because we very happy during our 2 night stay There’s special afternoon tea break: jagung rebus, kacang rebus, somay in cafe near the pool. Breakfast taste Ok and many choice. Each room has AC, even no need to use it since resort itself is very cold. New year event was superb! Many food and snack. Massage also good Resort is very clean, room as well What they need to improve: 1. Poor wifi 2. Room gordyn and shower curtaim bit dirty

PLUS: 1. The location is very nice, with the cold weather and nature, they also have the mini park and pool for children to play 2. We got free upgrade to deluxe room which is beyond our expectation 3. the staff are very nice and helpful even though we are late check in 4. the price is very affordable and you get more than what you paid MINUS: 1. The door lock kinda hard to open, but the staff is very fast to help 2. The pillow kinda damp but it's still okay

We stayed in the LA Suite Room and we had such an enjoyable stay. The room is spacious for that affordable price. The bathroom is also spacious. The area of the resort is also huge and great to walk around. Thank you for the warm service as well. Will definitely come back here again with our family someday!

+ near from the tourist attractions + beautiful resort + complete facilities - breakfast (fried rice, omellete, porridge, toast) the staff said that was because of Covid, the hotel lower the price and decrease the variations of breakfast. - we brought the basketball but the basketball ring was broken Overall that was a pleasant stay, my friend and I were happy and satisfied.

I think Lembang Asri is very2 relaxing. The breakfast is good, the facilities and playground for my children. The pool also has warm water. I plan to book this hotel for more than 1 night for the next time

I love how this place makes us as family travelers comfortable. The venue itself provides varied facilities from sports (swimming, football, basketball, tennis, badminton) to playground and activities such as flying fox and ATV. The staffs are friendly and the smell of the room is great (I wonder what freshener do they use). Overall it was a great great experience. But if I can suggest, the food can be better, because the taste was so ordinary, nothing special.

I love this hotel very much. The facilities is good. It has food view, the air is good and the surrounding is clean. N it is close to nearby attraction like kampung daun. The area also peaceful but not far from the main road. The only thing that they need to improve is their towel. This is my 2nd visit n their towel always smells. I hope next time they can provide us a fresh clean towel. But their staff is really polite and very helpful Their breakfast just average taste, hoping they can improve the taste
