Lovely Villas”
We had a wonderful time staying at the Lembongan Island Beach Villas. We are a family of four, with two children 11 & 15. We stayed in Villa 8 which is nearly at the top of the dreaded stairs, however you are rewarded with the most incredible view. We loved sitting on our deck or cooling off in our little pool watching the world go by. The staff were amazing and always happy to help. Breaks was freshly prepared each morning and was delicious. We tasted nearly all of the options on the menu. The pools were always sparkling clean, fresh fluffy beach towels - we will return

Quiet island break”
This was our second visit to Lembongan island beach villas, and it didn't disappoint. We stayed in villa 5 this time, not so many stairs to climb at night with tired kids! Lovely place, awesome staff, we will be back for sure

Island Gem”
Lembongan can seem quite primitive but has an old world charm about it. However the Island Beach Villas (and also surrounding resorts and restaurants) bring you back to the real world. Tha villas are huge. Double bedrooms with ensuites , fully equiped kitchen , lounge , dining and best of all , huge verandahs with a couch , sun beds and table and chairs . And of course , views. Infinity pool with a bar all overlooking the bay is where we spent a lot of time. There is no restaurant to score but they do have a small kitchen where they do serve a simple breakfast by the pool which was fine. Restaurants are just a stroll away with some over hanging cliffs with the water below. The villas are on the side of a hill so there are plenty of steps to climb if you are near or at the top so request a lower level if you have difficulties. Overall a great spot where we will be spending more time at next year

Great views, but room for improvement”
The location of LIBV is great—the views are spectacular overlooking the beach where the boats from Sanur drop off/pick up (can't really swim there). There are a good number of restaurants on the walkway just below the hotel. The staff are nice. However, some of the villas are very, very high up with stairs being the only way to access them. We were in a 2 br villa with a pool and our villa was the top most one. Walking up the steps with a 3 year old was unpleasant to say the least, especially after a long day. Less physically able guests should confirm the location of their villa prior to booking to ensure that they are able to access their villa comfortably. We did have some gripes, however: the included continental breakfast is very poor and consists of one slice of toast, butter, jam, a small croissant and roll, fresh fruit, and juice/coffee/tea. For a 2 br villa, they only include 4 breakfasts, and charge for a child (5th person), even though children stay for no extra charge. The cost of that additional breakfast is RP 90,000, which is outrageous compared to the rest of Bali, especially given the limited amount and variety of food. Also, even though they have other options for breakfast (eggs, Indonesian breakfast, etc.) that cost the same as the list price for the continental breakfast, you cannot substitute another choice for the continental breakfast. The hotel also charges 3% for credit card transaction, which seems petty given the HIGH price you pay for the villa. Lastly, the bathroom has not been cleaned prior to our arrival and had pee all over the toilet. Also, the entire time we were there, the bathrooms smelled even after being cleaned. I can only guess that the toilets and the drains are not sealed properly. Nevertheless, the plunge pool that was only for our villa, the shared infinity pool and the views were all great!

Lovely spot, friendly staff, amazing location and room”
We really enjoyed the convenience of the villas based on its location. You can get anywhere from here; walk the small lane along the cliff and enjoy some nice restaurants, easily walk along the beach to many places, or park your motorbike very close by and get around. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and it was spectacular. Great view of the long strip of beach, nice facilities, comfy interior and seating outdoors. I would definitely recommend this place. The staff are fabulous too and arranged so many different activities for us last minute.

Very nice place”
I would definitely stay here again. The villas and the view were fantastic. The only downside is that the beach in front is not very nice to swim in due to the many boats. However as a point to go explore elsewhere to swim, definitely would recommend.

Bali's Best Keep Secret”
Loved it. Some people may not like the villas at the top of the hill, steep walk but they have the best view. If you don't want the walk villas 1 to six are the best. Location magic. Bali's best keep secret.

Good location. Close to the habour. Pool is small.”
I spent two days in this hotel. Good location and room space is good. Public Pool is very small. We lived in No8 pool villa with two bedrooms. The pool in our villa is too small, just as big as a bathtub. There is unhappy things happened the day we check out. The staff in the front office alleged we had consumed a Pringles in the minabar while we had not. We had to pay extra money for this and it made us feel very uncomfortable.

Relaxing”
Firstly I need to tell you we were here peak season and had bad weather which brought the rubbish to shore so my thoughts are a little clouded.The villa was good with a view. We asked for lower one due to steps and they were able to oblige. As there was only aircon in bedrooms we found it pretty humid at times in lounge. It was nice to be able to use the pool anytime and have accommodating bar service for around the pool. One of their baggage guys delivered a carton of beer to unit. Fans on verandah were terrific. They allowed us to upgrade from included continental breakfast to cooked for couple dollars. Good breakfast. They provided non stop drinking water a huge plus. Spotless villa good beds though only queen. White linen. Pool towels available at pool and huge. Seemingly plenty of lounges. Pool not very big.

Great Location”
The best thing about these villas is the location. Villas are very nice, not luxurious but the location makes up for that. Breakfast was a bit confusing at first as they list lots of items on a menu but when you ask for them you're told they are extra. At A$480 per night, I don't expect to pay extra. Bedrooms are air conditioned but living room area is not but that's not unusual on the island.

We loved our stay, but thought the room could have a bit of an upgrade. I think each room is privately owned and as a result each room is decorated differently…we had room 5. All that aside, it's a great place in a great location. Walking distance to town and other restaurants and beaches, would stay here again!
