Nice rooms and location, service needs some work
Decent sized room, reasonably well appointed, location good if you have business nearby
Rooms are nice. It's a new hotel, and decor is decent. Breakfast is fairly basic. However, I had a few issues with service: 1. On the first day, I attempted to call room service to order a ham and cheese baguette. At first lady said they have no room service, and asked me to go down to the restaurant. A bit later, a lady called and said there was no baguette and if it was okay to use bread. About 45 minutes later, a guy with no uniform shows up, hands me a suspicious package in a non-foodgrade looking plastic packet, and says he needs to be paid immediately in cash. Takes 120,000 VND (price in menu for sandwich was 90,000). On investigation, I got cheese and tomato sandwiches that seemed to have been bought on the street. 2. I put some dirty clothes in the hotel provided plastic laundry bag and put it inside my suitcase. I saw the lady from housekeeping the day before I left, and explicitly told her I have no laundry. The night before I left, I found that someone had gone into my suitcase, and taken the clothes. I got them at reception only because I complained! They did waive the laundry fees however. 3. Had an erroneous claim on mini bar usage. Overall, the hotel ambience is decent, particularly for the price. But service really needs to be brought up to the mark.

This is the second stay. It is still very satisfactory. The staff is pleasant and helpful. early breakfast is a plus. A very good place to stay if you need to go to Hanoi as a budget business traveler.

浴室の換気口から音が・・・
換気口が各部屋に繋がっているらしく トイレを流す音やいびきの音等 広範囲で扉があいていると拾い 音が深夜うるさい

Staffの対応はGOOD、部屋の清潔度も特に不快感無、周りに日本食もたくさんありLocationもGood。
今回が二回目の利用となりました。 ホテルへの送迎依頼を実施しましたが手配・対応等問題有りませんでした。 ただし、前回同様Wi-Fiの接続状況については課題有り。 携帯での使用についてはほとんど問題は有りませんでしたが、パソコンについてはほとんど使用不可の状況でした。 次回利用までに改善されていることを希望致します。
