Hidden Gem”
The staff is very friendly. The location is great close to train station Hot breakfast is good. Clean basic rooms. little bit on the small size but you’ll get a good night sleep. Very close to train stations. Lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Next time I’m in Nyc. Love the hidden court yard with outdoor space. Great to sit and relax and have a smoke. I’ll definitely will return.

Little gem in Chelsea area”
This has to be the best kept secret in Manhattan. Tucked in the middle of the city with easy access to a lot of attractions, this place is very clean and quiet and offers hot continental breakfast during the week. And the staff is super friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to the city.

Bare bones value”
This was my second stay. Rate is competitive. Old facility with good Monday-Friday breakfast. Last stay in early August was less than stellar. The last two nights a bordering room to mine & the ceiling was often a source of noises making it hard to sleep. Absent a very good rate, think hard about staying here.

a centrally located gem”
the crucifix in the room was slightly off putting but otherwise I'm so glad to have found this place. You won't find a better deal in such a great Manhattan location with such lovely staff. The single room is as monastic as one would expect but completely comfortable with plenty of light. There's a list of around 20 channels on the desk of which only around 4 work... but one does not visit NY to watch tv so it's fine. I didn't eat the complimentary breakfast in the hotel but it looked very good!

There are crucifixes in every room, the key cannot be taken out of the hotel, the lobby has the most chintzy furniture I’ve ever seen... felt like I was sleeping at my grandmothers place. Not to mention that the room was incredibly hot when I first walked in and the instructions for turning off the heat were incorrect

Key has to be returned every time you leave the hotel and drawn again once back. A tad troublesome but prevents customers from misplacing them.

Hotel en ubicación estratégica en Manhattan con acceso a líneas de Metro, restaurantes, cines, bancos, etc en los alrededores y cerca a The Highline Park y a Hudson Yards. Incluye desayuno y es un hotel muy seguro. Lo recomiendo y definitivamente volvería!

La verdad es un hotel que a pesar de ser tradicional cuenta con un gran servicio, está perfectamente ubicado y todo su personal es muy amable. No es un hotel lujoso pero perfecto para descansar y visitar los puntos claves en NY. El desayuno fantástico!

期待していたサービスがほとんどなかった”
チェルシー地区の観光に便利なのと格安料金の割に無料朝食サービスがあり、居心地がよくサービスもいいという高評価レビューを見て、返金なしの格安料金で予約したら、土曜日の朝は朝食がないと予約確定後にメールが来たり（日曜以外は無料の朝食が出るとAgodaにも書いてあったのに）、3時以降にはロビーでレモネードや美味しいクッキーのサービスがあってよかったとあちこちのレビューで書かれていたので子供が期待していたら、COVIDのせいかまったく何ひとつレビューにあったようなサービスはなかったです。唯一利用できて助かったのはロビー裏のラウンジにあった無料のウォーターサーバーくらいでした（他のホテルでは無料の水はもらえなかったです）。ベッドは快適でしたが体格のいい息子が寝返るたびギシギシと音がして壊れそうな古さでした。トイレは室内にあったものの、部屋の外の共有シャワーは古くて水が少ししか出なかったです。 ここに泊まって唯一よかったことは、このホテルから数分先の最寄りのメトロEXITそばにあった日本食レストランが夜遅くまでやってて、値段も量もNYでは良心的でした。部屋にはタオルと耳栓、石鹸程度の最低限のアメニティしか期待できないので、ホテル代をギリギリまで節約したい人やバックパッカーの若い方にはお勧めしますが、大学のドミトリーのような作りの古い施設でホテルらしいサービスやアメニティはまったくないので、女性にはあまり居心地がいいとは言えないかもしれません。
