Bad experience ”
First drawback is hotel location. No taxi will come to hotel as it doesn’t have a road. Second is breakfast, we were an hour before the closing time but still everything was over and staff clearly said sorry every thing is over including breads.

The Hotel Leonardo is a lovely hotel in a great location. Very close to the Leaning Tower and all the attractions. Clean, quiet, helpful staff and at a reasonable price. We would stay there again.

A pleasant place to stay in the true heart of Pisa”
We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. The hotel is a bit tired (worn carpets) and the room was small. But it was incredible value & had a lovely relaxed atmosphere. There was ample breakfast with more variety than expected.Pisa is a working university town, and one with a very long history at that. This hotel is right in the middle. There is a youthful vibe about the surrounding area. Eating out is easy as there are quite a few restaurants within a couple hundred metres serving wonderful and unpretentious dishes inexpensively.

Pleasant stay. Reception staff was very friendly and chatty. Breakfast was a bit average and the staff in the dining room quite rude. No free wifi. Wifi in public spaces too expensive.

We had booked a triple room for 2 nights, but missed our flight on the first day. When we turned up on the second day, our room had been rented out, and after a heated discussion we were offered two rooms which we accepted - the fact that we had paid in advance for 2 nights did not seem to matter. I would not choose to stay here again.

Buenos días. En una calle céntrica, que no es la más concurrida, pero protegida de la zona más bulliciosa, aparece discretamente un hotel cuyo rasgo es la familiaridad: su primera imagen no es la modernidad. Tienen muchos pequeños detalles decorativos que lo hacen acogedor, y finalmente las habitaciones están , éstas sí, actuales, y el baño está actual y digno; así como la cama , y la ropa de cama; únicamente decir que nos pareció pequeña por sus dimensiones y quizá hubiera sido agobiante para un periodo de cinco o seis días ( veníamos de Rímini, en condiciones económicas muy similares, y quizá por ser un turismo de playa, aunque también cultural, el concepto de espacio, armarios, aire acondicionado más capaz, …., era de nivel superior). El desayuno, eso sí, muy básico, y tampoco admitía comparación con otros hoteles de este viaje ( fruta, zumo, variedad en la bollería, leche sin lactosa, soja, etc). Pero para nuestro recuerdo, la atención tan cálida de Luisa, y de otrxs empleadxs

Die Lage des kleinen Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Es hat 2 oder 3 Autoparkplätze entlang der Mauer des Hotels, man kann sie aber nicht reservieren und kosten 12.- Euro pro Tag. Das Frühstück ist inbegriffen, aber man nimmt es nicht im Hotel ein, sondern in einer Bar um die Ecke. Dazu gehört ein warmes Getränk, einen Fruchtsaft und ein Croissant/Brioche. Gutschein an der Rezeption verlangen. Wir blieben zwei Nächte. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Als wir fragten warum, sagte man uns, wir wären am Schlafen gewesen, was natürlich nicht stimmte. Die Stadt ist schön, aber an der Freundlichkeit der Leuten hapert es gewaltig. In den Restaurants ging es mehr oder weniger aber in den Läden hätte ich am Liebsten die Ware die ich kaufen wollte wieder hingeschmissen. Für mich als Italienerin sehr enttäuschend.

Das Hotel ist im Zentrum,das war aber auch das einzig gute.Im Badezimmer war bei der Badewanne die Schiebetür Verschimmelt und dreckig,die Klimaanlage ist eine Bazillenschleuder....Keine ahnung wann die das letzte mal gereinigt wurde. Das Frühstück kommt aus der Dose, ein paar wenige Sachen waren Frisch. Die Restaurant Empfehlung war mieserabel ( ich hatte noch nie zuvor in einem Restaurant das Essen komplett stehen gelassen, bis ich in Pisa war).

Fantastiskt personal. Rummet okey om du inte har för stora förväntningar. Läget kanon. Många restauranger precis bakom hotellet. Frukost serveras i annat regi på klassiskt Italiensk vis, 100m från hotellet.
