Great location but noisy hotel ”
Good hotel and comfortable room but it feels a bit dated and it was extremely noisy. The staff at the front desk and breakfast was not efficient or especially nice. good for business travelers in and out.
Much better than expected!”
I had booked this hotel just for 1 night as a bit of a gamble, the prices were good but the reviews a little dodgy. So I wasn't expecting much. But it was really worth it! The room was great - very clean and comfortable (had an upgrade to an executive room). The gym was fantastic, much better than a normal hotel gym - really good facilities with a wide range of equipment. I had breakfast - this was also great, really good choices. The location was also brilliant for sightseeing, a 2 minute walk from the Millennium Bridge, Tate Modern, Globe Theatre etc. I will most certainly return on my next trip to London!
Upon check-in, we were offered an upgrade to studio room and we were informed that these units are adjacent to the main building. We were given the impression that this is a better room at a better location. However, when we were taken to the room which was about 5 mins away, we found the room to be small, badly lit, with a horrible view. Upon complaining, the hotel offered the room which we initially booked and it turned out to be much better and spacious compared to the studio rooms. Overall service is ok, nothing much to shout about
Fab location clean hotel nice breakfast ”
Great hotel but as usual Agoda messed up....second time with me. Reservation said incl Bfast and hotel said it was continental. Spent 30mins arguing. Agoda didn't say continental. Useless.....twice now...no more Agoda for me...😡
Perfect Location ”
Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Spa and pool area very nice and clean. We stayed in a quadruple room which was spacious nice bathroom but a very small tv. Would be nice if check out was at 12 instead of 11am.
Great location and good value for money. Can’t fault the hotel, staff were kind and helpful too.”
I stayed over a weekend and am a massive football fan, was very happy to see the hotel not only had sky sports in the bars in the lobby but also in your room. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in London.
Best place to stay solo or couple”
The only con for this place is it being on the pricier side but it's well worth it. I stayed 3 different hotels during my stay in london and this was by far the best out of them. Staff are friendly and easy going, location is great (in front of st Paul's cathedral and just behind the millennial walk), hotel is fairly new and well maintained
You would expect no less for the money”
1 night stay, shared room with a colleague. Room very spacious, good beds no opening window so usual noisy air con. No water supplied in the room. Breakfast ridiculously expensive!!! For Buffett Drinks as per 5 star hotel stupidly expensive Staff friendly enough Conference was held at the hotel Food and beverages were very good But not enough points of action 250 people QQQ
The hotel was in great location if you want to go sightseeing around St. Paul's Cathedral, bricklane, River Thames, borough market, etc. The building is very modern but the hotel room's design is comparatively older. So far it's a pleasant stay and the room was huge.
Nice location and very nice hotel”
We stayed for a total of 4 nights and it was really nice. Food's amazing and the room's pretty decent. Didn't have any issue checking in and checking out. It's near the restaurants and right next to St. Paul church and next to the tube station. Really enjoyed our stay there. One thing though, we lost our small toothbrush after the cleaner went in. Funny, but I didn't lose any valuable item except the small toothpaste. It's ok but it was bothersome when we found out as we went home at 12MN and found out we didn't have a toothbrush. By the way, any room service you ask is chargeable :) So just beware of that. Overall, I would love to come back and will recommend the hotel.
Not worth the money. Max. 3-4star hotel, definetely not a five star hotel. Nice Spa and gym, points fot those. Breakfast services didn't work, you really needed to wait your coffee:). Breakfast generally overpriced compared to quality and service. Rooms quite well, and room cleaning worked. Two elevators were nonworking during our visit for day or two.
Poor breakfast, pool water cold very tatie sauna etc, no atmosphere to place exceptionally Xmas!! ”
Not value for money, very stuffy rooms air conditioning on all time, no robes and very out dated hot drink facilities ( where’s the coffee machine for a 5*?) more like3-4* Staff miserable, give breakfast miss best going out, only positive great location
Excellent location ”
Excellent location ideal if you want to be right in the city.We stayed bed and breakfast which was good value the choices at breakfast would caterer for everyone. The bedrooms were spacious and clean and had tv,fridge, however little faults only one dressing gown was provided and no slippers just minor things but these little things are expected in 5 star accommation .
A very nice hotel”
First time in London. First three night I stayed in A&B. Never again do that, but the last two nights I stayed at Grange St. Paul and loved it. The hotel i very nice and close to everything. Walking distance to a lot of place to see and eat and shop. Sever ice was great. Breakfast was very good. I would stay here again and would recommend it to everyone.
Amazing weekend in London in a fabulous hotel!”
We stayed on a Sunday night which was more quiet and Japanese restaurant was closed, upstairs rooftop was wonderful and best view of StPauls but no bar open and a little bit abandoned up there, but rest of hotel was amazing and very clean offering what you needed, spa was also clean and quiet, all staff were helpful and friendly, will definitely come back
Great hotel ”
Lovely hotel, spa was amazing especially the lady that provided me with a body wrap treatment, location is spot on loads of restaurants and sight see activity right on the door step, only complaint agoda made out a breakfast would be including .. little did we know at the coast of £17pp for just a continental.. little miss leading but not the hotels fault.
I suppose you get what you pay for and this hotel is class. It just excessively expensive. Great location near to the millenium bridge and st pauls cathedral
Lovely location lovely hotel breakfast time disorganised cooked food cold ”
Enjoyed location easy to travel in and out of central Lodon
