Great location with amazing view. Staff helped us get a top story view! Beds were comfortable. Skimpy on the toiletries- 1 tube shampoo barely enough for 1 person. We needed to ask for more every night.
Great Location for Tower of London”
Great location nice hotel. Would stay again.
Amazing service and facilities in the heart of London”
We stayed in the hotel for my partner’s birthday. I have submitted a message to the hotel advising about the birthday and asked for a nice view from the window. How nicely suprised we were to find a piece of a birthday cake in the room. Also, the view from the room was spectacular - overviewing the famous skyscrapers! It was amazing to fall asleep while looking at them. Thank uou to the hotel staff for the extra touches for my partner’s birthday! The room and bathroom were very spacious - which is really rara for Central London. The staff was exteremly helpful and quick to response to any questions and requests. Spa facilities really good, with a nice size pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. In overal, we were really happy with the stay. One downside is the price of the breakfast: £20 is quite a lot, even for London. The good thing is that the hotel is surrounded by many cafes, so it’s easy to find a more affordable place :)
Holy Moly. This hotel is absolutely exquisite. I loved everything. A double room, king sized bed - is what I could call my own for 2 nights. Oh, not to forget the masterbathroom including a tub and a rainshower. Didnt book breakfast, but I can imagine that this too is amazing. Fitness/Sauna/Pool is included. Thank you for a more than pleasant stay!
Great hotel shame about breakfast ”
The hot breakfast was of poor quality. Other than that it was lovely. Friendly staff and clean rooms. It’s a busy hotel so don’t stay here if you don’t like that!
Near to Tower Bridge Walking distance to restaurants, tesco, tube etc Quality toiletries Easy to get a cab
Good Value for money”
Enjoyed my stay!
Nice hotel in a good spot of London”
A good business hotel if your staying in this part of London. Everything is as you expect for the grange chain of hotels. Lots of business meeting room space of all sizes. Big conference room in the basement as well. The food is good and there are lots of bars and restaurants within minutes walk from the hotel which is a real added bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's 5 to 10 mins from Tower Hill tube station, so really convenient whether you're staying for business or pleasure, hope to visit again soon.
Nice hotel with great rooms and good location”
I really enjoyed my stay at Grange Tower Bridge Hotel. Great location and nice rooms. Perfect location with easy access to the city. The Liverpool station is about 15 min away walking. The only issue I had was that they wanted 70 GBP for taxi to the airport when it cost 35 GBP when booking in with a private company.
Nice new hotel, perfect location great facilities”
The hotel is situated in the heart of London near major atttractions and the London tube. The room is nice. The hotel is relatively new. The pool facility and the sauna where very good and used by me as was the gym.
Hot water not hot enough to take a bath
Charge extra money per person for a breakfast ”
When you book a “so called 5 star hotel” you don’t ask if the breakfast is included because you think that such a reputable hotel and the breakfast will be included, even a 3rd class BB includes the breakfast in their price but this 5 star hotel is one in million which ask you to pay £15 per person when you go for a breakfast each morning
Good leisure facilities but poor staff communication between house keeping and reception ”
We asked our sofa bed to be made for our 2 yr old, whilst we were out, when we came back it was out but not made! We rang reception and they said they would sort it, 20 mins later still wasn’t done !! So rang again and eventually they came and made it!!! 30mins later!!! Shouldn’t take this long to sort in a 5* hotel??? Also swimming pool has a time table of when kid can go in, this need to bevour
We found this hotel to be modern and clean, with a touch of class and our room size was good. Staff all professional and friendly. Location we found great as we could walk to the Tower of London and The Shard. We went to the 02 and got the Thames Clipper so it was good not having to go on the tube. Would recommend this hotel and its location and we would re-visit.
Would stay again”
Clean, modern, comfortable and convenient. The only issue was one of the lifts was out of service all week. Other than that a near perfect stay. Convenient for walking along the riverside and the staff (especially front desk and concierge) were excellent. We would definitely stay here again.
A wonderful hotel to stay in. The rooms are awesome, beating other similarly-priced hotels for quality and comfort. Staff were a little harsh and tired when we arrived, but all was fine. One of the rare hotels with a pool and although the pool was overcrowded with kids, the spa could be a lovely place to be in non-peak times and i'm looking forward to booking again later this year.
Excellent Hotel In A Great Location .”
We booked this hotel through agoda as it had the best price. The hotel is in a great location as the tube stations are within walking distance , so this made it easier to get into the city centre . The hotel itself was spotless and the room we had was a good size and the bathroom was great . There was a good choice of items for breakfast. We would definitely book this hotel again when we visit London.
Great rooms. ”
The room quality and location were excellent. Lovely new bathrooms and good quality fittings throughout. Pool and spa great too. My one complaint was that on the night we stayed there was a raucous police awards evening going on, no issue with sound travelling to our room but I’d have liked to have been told about this prior to arrival by agoda or at arrival by the staff at reception. Neither happened. In this case the impact was limited as we were out late anyway but if we had planned an earlier return and a quiet drink in the hotel bar it would have had a major impact on our stay. Apart from that it was a great hotel although I suspect this was partly due to the good price we got the room for.
It is good located, and has swimming pool. And the breakfast is ok.
Very good! And central to all locations ”
Clean, friendly but very expensive parking.
