We stayed here for 4 days of our honeymoon, it was bliss! There are only 4 rooms in the Trulli which means it is very peaceful and relaxing. The room we were in was compact but very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. We had such a good night’s sleep! While we were there we had 2 evening meals prepared for us, one of which was one of the best we had in our whole time in Italy. They used local ingredients (some literally picked from the ground next to the kitchen), locally produced wine (some from ‘forgotten vines’) and it was all delicious. We also did a cooking class while we were there which was excellent. Located down a quite road, the owner gave us a lift one night into Locorotondo so we could have dinner out. The town is beautiful. There are plenty of good day trips to do from here (Matera, the Grotte di Castellana, Lecce) and Alberobello is a 20min drive away, handy for dinner. The owner was very friendly and helpful and spoke English. We would love to go back one day. It was a little bit hard to find using Sat Nav so make you take a map and look out for the small sign!
