Perfect Location for University”

We stayed in a studio apartment on the first floor of the building. The apartment was basic but comfortable, and catered for what we needed. Shower was good and brilliant location for tram, shops, pubs, bars. Across the street from the University. Le Plana does beautiful seafood (we ate their twice). Overall great value for money.
The stairs are quite steep and when you have the windows open, the street can be noisy. However the noise is significantly reduced when you close the windows.

Cute and stylish apartment in the middle of the city centre. It doesn’t get much better than this! Highly recommended.
The area can be a bit noisy at night, but that’s because you’re literally in the heart of Bordeaux. The double glazing of the windows does a great job at blocking the noise out, but we stayed during a hot summer night, so we ended up opening the windows!

Very good”

The property is in an extremely good location , close to many shops restaurants and bakeries. It is very small but makes good use of space and is the perfect size for a couple or a solo traveller. There is lots of nice art and quirks about the apartment and it feels like a home. The host was helpful but not over bearing and just left us alone for the trip.
Location is slightly noisy as most places in a city are , this is with the window open ( due to the heat ) .

bedding needs updating, sheets pillows etc. You are required to wash up but limited facilites to do this. no clean cloths. We had to go shopping for cloths and toilet tools. not a big deal but they should have been provided. (did the last user just use the dirty old cloth to wash up with?)

Good stay in Bordeaux”

This is the great place to stay in Bordeaux. The room is larger than in another accommodations for this price. In the room you have all that you need for a comfort stay: tv, microwave owen, kettle, coffee mashine, stove and cooking utensils, fan, radiator, iron and board for ironing, hairdryer. At the entrance was the laundry room, you can use for free. Also there was a brochures and booklets with sity sights and another places. Location of studio is convenient: near is pedestrian street - Rue Sainte Catherine, MacDonalds, lots of cafes, tramline, at 600 m. supermarket Carrefour. Our host Alatz was very polite and helpful, he meet us at a predetermined time, give the key and tell us about our neighborhood.
In my opinion it will be good to give more towel per person: for body, legs and hands. There was only big one. It is a bit loud outside if you decide to open a window for ventilation.

Loved Bordeaux, the apartment is small, but has everything you need. Excellent value for money.”

The location of this property is excellent, within walking distance from most places.
The picture on Booking.com looks like there is a sofa in the apartment. There isn't so no where to relax unless you lay in bed.
