Not the best”
Had a 2 night stay at Bologna. Got robbed off my phone right near the b&b. No staff at check in the password to enter is messaged on Agoda. Quite difficult to understand because messages were sent in Italian only. The shower was good, but overall I don’t recommend it especially if you’re a first timer and don’t speak italian

B&B with no staff or breakfast”
We got a very strange message about how to access the property and didn't work anyway. According to the message you ring the bell and gate opens automatically, well no it doesn't... Then walk up two flights of stairs and ring the host. Due to hosts poor English had to call a few times before they texted the entry code to me. The room was really nice and fancy, but location was dodgy, even if close to the trainstation and main road. According to other reviews Breakfast is not served due to Covid restrictions, but this information was not passed on to us. As I can't read Italian I was unable to read the information sheet in the room itself. I assume you could have gotten a black coffee in the breakfast room, but yet again no instructions...

Check in was made difficult because my phone wasn’t working. No staff physically present to let me - I had to call from hotel across the street. The place was actually fairly nice, but what sort of. B&B doesn’t serve breakfast - nobody there, nothing offered, no self-serve instructions that I found. Best thing is it’s convenient location near train station.

rang the bell downstairs and someone opened the building door for us. when you get into the building, no signs mentioned which floor the stay was. elevator is out of order. searched on every floor by the staircases. found the stay and rang the bell again and knock the door for many times, no one opened door. one hour later, we tried again to ring the bell downstairs. another time the building door again and when we got upstairs, no one opened the room door. we had to go down again and ring the same bell the third time. finally a man instructed us how to go to the room via the audio-system. got into the room, the door lock was not matched with the key. also the air conditioner was out of order. we didn’t know what to do but found a number written on a sheet which was a guide tour booking telephone number. contacted the host by whatsapp. he asked us to change to another room. and he said my telephone number was not correct in his system so he can’t contact me. but i never put that number

部屋の前でどのようにオーナーと連絡を取ればいいか途方に暮れたあと、agodaに問い合わせてオーナーの電話番号をgetした。部屋は清掃中でバングラデシュ出身の女性が丁寧に掃除をしてくれた。 最初に通された部屋はバスタブ付きの部屋だったけど、途中でオーナーが部屋をノックし「部屋を間違えたから変えて欲しい」と、入口の暗い部屋に案内された。 部屋自体は心地の良い部屋だったが、テレビもエアコンコンセントから外れていてつかず、コンセントの場所が分からなかった。シャワールームはとても狭かったが、お湯はたっぷり出た。 部屋の鍵は南京錠で、暗い入口では開けるのご大変だった
