Location was farther than expected from city center. They were charging NT$350 for breakfast even though it was just catered in boxes due to covid. Not much to offer during covid, but very nice rooms.

Nice large clean rooms and nice breakfast seeved”
Good professional service by staff, nice clean rooms that are well maintained. Limited timing on some facilities though and game room seem to be in disrepair. Appears the hotel has its focus on weddings with many displays and decor for that purpose. The location is slightly away from the shops with construction surrounding it. Having a vehicle recommended.

Spacious hotel, Country club feel”
Big rooms, spacious rooms, parking lots. Parking pouch at hotel lobby for easy loading and unloading of luggages. Staffs are friendly. Assistance to bring my luggages to my room as I checked in early and room was not ready. Water dispenser is easy reach. Breakfast was great. Many food to choose from. Staff initiated to prepare eggs for us. There are also cakes to choose from. I will come back to this hotel again if I come Tainan. Have to drive as location is out of the town area.

It was an unforgettable experience to hold a new year's eve party in such a wonderful hotel. The cleanness of room, great room service and delicious breakfast buffet are the reasons why I recommend this hotel as your travel choice in Tainan. Though its location is not convenient, you have to drive a vehicle to get there. I still think it's a great hotel.

An enjoyable experience ”
The room was bigger than I expected (probably they upgraded us). There was a nice bath tub with massage function. Our room had a nice pool view from the small balcony. Everything was good according to the price that I paid. I enjoyed my stay at the Les Hotel Tainan.

Comfortable Hotel”
Although the Les Hotel Tainan is quite far away from the city centre and the night food markets, the guests can stay in the swimming pool and the recreation centre the whole day. There is a nice coffee shop that the guests can relax after doing exercises and also lots of choice for the breakfast.

1.service is very good. In my room, there is a light flicker. After I call the counter, they deal with it right away. But I suggest them can list a checking list before customer check-in confirm all things in the list ia perfect. It's better. 2.The bed is so confortable to sleep. Could you please reply to me which brand of the bed? 3.The service is very good in Hong Kong-style restaurant. Because I am a vegetarian. When I eat dinner in the restaurant I ask them to cook Vegetarian food for me. They did it! And the food is so delicious!

We arrived late to the hotel but called ahead and there were no problems. The room they originally gave us seemed to be a smoking room. There was definitely leftover cigarette smoke. We went back downstairs and they gave us a different room which was great. We enjoyed the soaking tub. It was too cold to try the swimming pool though. Breakfast was varied and good.

Twin Bed Request”
Had a very unpleasant 1st night due to my request of Twin Single Bed request which was rejected by hotel n was mentioned by hotel staff was due to Agoda. I book the hotel 3 weeks before my stay n could not believe why hotel couldn"t accommodate to my request as it was not my 1st time staying there. Or is it Agoda send my booking to hotel in the last minute thus my request was rejected? Luckily hotel manager said let's forget Agoda n we settle between us. Ends up paying a little more n getting a family room for the remaining 9 days stay. Pls book directly to hotel rather then Agoda. I totally lost my trust with Agoda.

Deserves five stars”
My family stayed in family loft room equipped with 2 king size beds and 1 queen size bed. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Staff were quite attentive and breakfast was delicious. I think the hotel deserves the better rating. Perhaps, 5 stars?

A bit like Fawlty Towers”
This hotel is a good 15 - 20 mins taxi ride out of the centre of Tainan. The room was clean and the standard was pleasing. The room was spacious and we had a spa bath with little whirlpool jets. The food was very Chinese and frequently cold, for things that would normally be served hot, eg hash browns or fried eggs! The pool which was quite small, was clean. There were only 4 sunloungers, the rest were upright chairs. As it is out of town, and set back off the road, it was quite quiet. However the main road was permanently busy. There was a small Hi-Life convenience store across the road. We used the small coffee bar in the hotel to have waffles, but the service was painfully slow. The reception staff were helpful and polite. A free shuttle to the local train station for a connection to the High speed rail was efficiently organised. Other taxi's were booked with ease. We visited the nearest museum, History of Taiwan People, which was very good and we hired an audio guide. Not a bad stay, thank goodness the weather was nice. Not sure that I'll be booking a return trip though.

Comfy and wonderful stay”
I got a free upgrade to a honeymoon suite. Not sure the reason though, but it was really nice because this was our honeymoon trip! This hotel definitely worth more than 3 stars!
