Family Trip to Paris”
All hotel staff were really nice and left us on a good note with our first family trip to Paris, France. The service by Les Plumes were really on point but has its times when room service forgot to replace itenaries (happened more than once). However, this is only a minor point as staff would always apologise and immediately provide what we needed. In particular was Reception, who was very friendly when he welcomed us on our first day and helped us to book airport limosuine/printed out tickets. Especially when we've got robbed, he soothed our emotions by telling jokes to us. We all enjoyed his service during our stay. Overall, it was really enjoyable to have stayed at Les Plumes and we are looking forward to hear great news from the hotel.

Lovely boutique hotel.”
This is such a lovely boutique hotel. We booked our trip to Paris at the last minute, and we booked this hotel for the first few days, mostly because we got an incredible last minute rate. The location was good, and very close to the Metro, although there weren't that many restaurants nearby that we could walk to. We ended up doing research online and then taking taxis to go out to dinner. The room was super small, but the bed was comfortable and IT WAS SO QUIET! I couldn't believe we were in the middle of Paris. We slept with our window open and it was basically silent outside. Big difference from our apartment back home in NYC!

Gorgeous room but not exactly spacious”
The location of this hotel is excellent, with various sights within walking distance, and metro and bus stops less than 1 minute away. The rooms are clean, well decorated and the staff are incredibly attentive and pleasant to talk to. However the rooms lack space and storage wasn't really taken into consideration - definitely form over function. We ended up with belongings strewn all over the room as there was nowhere to put them. That said we enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would seriously consider staying here again on our next visit to Paris

Nice hotel”
The location is great just near the train stations and some tourists spots... The hotel staffs are very friendly and accommodating although the only problem is the communication breakdown among the staffs...we ordered room service cause we are too tired to go out after a long day however the food didn't turn up and we have been waiting for almost 2 hrs in the end we have to cancel it...they explain to us that it is not the hotel's fault by the restaurant....so they compensate us with complimentary breakfast however when we tried to claim it, the other staff on duty said it is not in the system but they still give the complimentary breakfast in the end...the room has very nice decorations but it is small but I guess this is pretty standard in Paris small rooms...definitely we will still recommend this hotel

Charming”
Really charming fun and relaxing, we want to come back! The journey out to the trade show at Les Parc d'expositions was quick and then the return to the hotel was great, it's close to a great selection of restaurants Dim Sum restaurants, lovely cafes, bistros, every meal we had was great, I was surprised by how fortunate we were, I have stayed in the Montmartre area before and had a great time then but this time was even better, would love to go back again soon with my partner.

Great Hotel with Great Staff”
We spent 8 nights at this hotel and enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean and beautifully decorated in Alfred and George theme. Our room was on the fifth floor facing the road. It had a balcony so we could get some fresh air and enjoy the street view. The bathroom was very stylish with LED mood lighting. Our rate included breakfast and it was delicious. We particularly liked the selection of cheeses. Coffee was great also! All the staff was friendly and always with a great smile. In terms of location, the hotel is very close to CADET metro and central to many major sights. We walked to and from the hotel during most of our stay, and took the transit only a few times!

Romantic hotel in very accessible location.”
Romantic hotel in very accessible location. Literary inspired interiors are perfect for Victor Hugo fans. Would have gotten a 5,star rating except for the following: 1. Faulty airconditioning. Room was so warm all the time, even at night (and this is Paris at Springtime!). Told the staff but they did nothing to improve it. 2. Room size incredibly small! Perhaps it is Parisian standard but it is too small nevertheless. 3. Inadequate toiletries. No shampoo and conditioner.

Quaint little hotel in the city”
I adored it. Quaint little hotel in the city. Close to all the major attractions and very convenient as the nearest metro station is just a short walk away. The rooms are themed - a little surprise in every corner even from the moment you walk through the hotel front door. Loved the décor. The bed was very warm and comfy - especially after a long day walking about. The staff made our stay even more enjoyable. They were very friendly, helpful and funny, even. A pity we had to leave so soon.

Petite but pleasant”
Rooms are small and I mean small but well designed for use of space available. It is using modern cost saving devices such as self service coffee machine ( you pay for the coffee ) and an honesty box for drinks and snacks at the non existent bar. The room service menu was grossly overpriced and I dined in a nearby brasserie for €40 euros wine and sparkling water included.They are running a tight ship but the style would suit budget business men or tourists who are searching for a certain quality without breaking the bank. The staff were helpful and I would stay again when passing through Paris on an overnight but for a longer stay I prefer bigger rooms and more staff.

The hotel is ideally located, close to public transport with easy access to the city Centre. The staff at the hotel are friendly and had good recommendations of restaurants and attractions. All facilities needed are provided and breakfast is delicious. We will be back

Vacation Time”
Wonderful. It was not in the best location for the tourist attractions but right next to a Metro that took you to any of the locations you desired and quite easy to navigate. We loved the motif and the staff was fantastic
