Needs an Update”
This hotel has a lot of potential however it has aged. The rooms are still in good condition and spacious however the general are of the hotel could do with a renovation. Staff are decent and professional. The breakfast was ok and basic. Located not to far from the large mall and bar district and have a shuttle service if available.
Good facilities, uncourteous staff”
Nice rooms, comfortable, fully carpeted. Just had an issue on how your staff call the attention of those who are not wearing proper attire in the pool. Should be careful on how you talk properly to your guest.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. We had a problem with the AC on our first room, so we were offered a room change. To our surprise, they even gave us a free fruit platter with a note apologizing for the inconvenience.

booked it for 5 nights , left after 2 nights. The building and facilities are excellent as is the staff, super helpful. The room was very good clean nice bed , no issues BUT the bathroom had major issues . it was clean, however in order to take a shower , you have to do it in the bathtub, the bathtub height was higher than one meter, very hard to get into. Next no hand shower , the only place water comes out is from the very high ceiling , have never seen a hotel where the only place the water comes from is raining from the ceiling. THe biggest problem is no bidet . most every hotel in the pi has a bidet, . So couple , no bidet, no hand shower, and needing to climb into a huge tub to get a rain shower , and it was no thanks, Im leaving this hotel early
Front desk staff Celine and Karen were excellent. At first, we were given a room with an AC that is malfunctioning. Celine took care of the problem right away. She transfered us to a room thats step away from the pool. Awesome !Karen took care of all our needs during the day.

No hot water even after 30 mins”
Although there was a sign that 'at rare times' hot water comes after 10 minutes, all I got was warm even after about 30 minutes. Quite disappointing if you wanted to use the tub for a hot soak. Aside from that, experience was good overall.

Not worth the money”
Pros: Good location. Easy trike ride away from walking street or sm clark or a nice short walk to those places. Front desk workers and entrance to hotel was nice. Cons: Pool looks unkept. Actually the whole hotel needs to be renovated. Carpet in room looked dirty. Restaurant was horrible. The waitresses there are very bad at there jobs. We sat for a while waiting and no one would approah us. Had to call for waitress to come. There was only us and another table who was there before us and didnt get help until we called for it. Waitress did not know what was available on the menu. My gf seen another waitress smelling the juice before giving it to the other table. Just bad service altogether. Hotel could be great with renovation and staff training. Not worth the money. You can find better hotels for around same price.

Hotel had people sleeping all over ”
The gore had people sleeping all over the lobby and the second floor. When I was checking out I could not even sit on the couch while they checked my room. They had people sleeping all over and when I mentioned it to the staff they said oh this isn’t normal. I said i guess next time I shouldn’t pay because I can use the hotel for free. Terrible when I paying guest can’t sit down to wait.

This Hotel looks great from the front but once inside you will be let down its old inside and badly needs some TLC everything is old and drap the rooms are big but need painted and cleaned the Gym smells off dampness and has peeling paint that has fell off over the old equipement and is still lying there not getting cleaned up the staff are great and breakfast looks like it was cooked the week before do yourself and your family a favour and go some where else lot better hotels at cheaper prices

Arriving at the Lewis Grand Hotel it look amazing ... front desk and all the staff are fantastic then it goes downhill fast from here .... rooms are large and spacious but look like they have not been done up for years everywhere looks like it needs a good clean and the whole hotel is in a dire need to be re furbished inside the hotel is just old and musty The gym they say is one of Clarks only 24 hour gyms .... very old equipement peeling walls and ceiling that had fell on floor and equipement and not been cleaned the gym has a terrible dampness smell the staff are friendly and polite the breakfast looked like it was cooked the day before far better hotels at cheaper prices avoid the Lewis Grand you will only be dissappointed
The rooms need upgrading and the staff needs more training.”
The air condition in 90% of the deluxe rooms need replacement. Most of it is no longer working properly and more than a decade old. The curtains in some of the rooms have holes, it really needs replacement. The floor carpet are dirty and old in almost almost all the rooms. Some of the front desk staff really needs proper training.

Charged for services not used”
I used the Steam Bath and Jacuzzi not knowing that it is chargeable. Usually hotels do not charge for this service and I assumed the same with this hotel. The steam batch was not hot and cuts off very fast, making it not suitable to use this service. I did complain to the staff but he tried and could not get it to work better. I complained to the manager and asked for a discount as the service could not be fully used, but they refused to give any discount.
They have a policy that they dont allow food deliveries or take out foods from outside restaurants. And they asked us to pay 500 pesos so we can bring it outside. The guard was super unprofessional, he was like “if u dont want to pay, u can eat at the parking lot” Are u fvcking kidding me? He could have said it in a nicer way
Nice hotel but need totally renovation ”
Pool and Garden need renovation. If you swim in pool you get blue feeds because the colour is so old that she going off from pool to your feeds Difficult to get off the colour. I say it 3 years ago to the manager but nothing happened
Grand old hotel”
Large room with lots of light, quiet, nice bar and restaurant open to the inner yard / pool. It could be a 4,5 if they: painted the pool, provided better amenities like: hangars, iron, robes theat fit western size people, cleaned the rooms more promptly and thoroughly and provided more training to their very nice front desk staff.
Lovely hotel and great service from friendly staff ++”
I had a great time at the Lewis Grand, I stayed in the Jacuzzi Suite which was such a cool room that overlooked the pool and the jacuzzi worked really well. Ahmed at the bar took good care of us and the rest of the team, suggesting local food and drinks, Emperador Brandy etc lol. Marlon the manager was also very helpful and gave us loads of recommendations about what to do in town. i would highly recommend staying here, big rooms, good service, great location, I will definitely come back soon!
5 days in AC”
I am a returning guest and have stayed at this hotel several times. Every time I stay here I am delighted by the quality of customer service, friendliness of staff and promptness of action. This time was no different. I do think the hotel needs a bit of paint and renovation, as age is starting to show on the White House. The rooms, however, are impeccable. Definitely will return.
Value for money”
I have been travelling quite a lot to Clark lately and so far, this is the most affordable hotel I have stayed in that is spacious, clean, and with complete facilities. The only thing that they need to work on is their room service as it is slow.
Old hotel that is falling apart”
Do not stay here. Badly mantained hotel. The whole hotel needs major renovation urgently. No hot water available for a few days. The last time when I was there, the air con was not working for a few days. Carpet need replacement as it is so old and dirty. Bathrooms needs to replace shower heads, toilet seats are cracked, water is running with low pressure, shower curtain needs replacing and the bath tub is too high to get in and out for shower. I fell when trying to get out because it was too high. Overall, for what I paid for the room, it is NOT worth the price. 4Star price for a 1 Star hotel.
