The hub is within walking distance to the old town. There are many restaurants nearby so dining is not a problem. The room we stayed at was clean and the staff are nice and helpful. The only problem i\was that sometimes toilet paper could nopt be flushed away.
The staff of the hub are very helpful. They recommended a nice restaurant for us. The room we stayed is clean. The only problem is that the flushing of the toilet did not flush the tissue paper away. The hub is within walking distance to the old town.
Awesome place in Lhasa”
We spent 4 days there. It was a great choice because of reaction to high attitude, we have spent most of the first day at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and pointed us to the right directions (otherwise we wouldn't know the way to get tickets to Potala Palace in advance).
BAD LOCATION; NO HOT WATER; POOR WIFI”
The reviews are fake. LOCATION: You do not want to be south of Jiangsu Road, which Honey Bee is. No restaurants. No bars. No stores. Nothing on the street Linkuo Road. FACILITIES: No bar. No restaurant. No shop. They have a "refrigerator" that keeps warm Coke & beer. I repeat: Warm. WiFi: It wasn't working on my 1st day so they moved me to another room. The modem is located next to the stairs so the lower numbered rooms (201, 202...) have better connectivity than the higher numbered rooms (205, 206...). The lobby has a failed billiards hall and an abandoned fitness club. The littered & dusty hallways have cracked windows and mattresses that have been pulled out of rooms. Both rooms that I stayed in (206 and 301) have torn wallpaper, non-working air conditioners and tvs that don't turn on. All of the windows haven't been washed for a year. Terribly managed. Fake reviews. Do NOT go there.

a unexpected hotel”
the photo from the website, it is nice. but actual the hotel haven't finish renovation. toilet haven't install the door. and don't have water-heater. if cloudy day, there is not hot water provider. and staff will not help us to clean the room, if we didn't request. daily mineral water need to reminder in counter everyday. wifi connection is poor. don't have escalator, is difficult for traveler to carry bag to upstairs. hope in future after renovation, this is a good hotel

Finally, apologize again and again
Poor value for money”
This hotel was a real disappointment. I paid $70 per night without breakfast. The staff do not speak any English except the manager but most of the time he wasn't around. However when someone translated what I needed they were very helpful. Although the hotel is new and modern, the rooms facing the street were incredibly loud. The hallways echoed loudly so I could hear conversations until late into the night. For a peculiar reason, the hotel had a large table tennis hall and loud players could be heard well into the night. The reception was very untidy. The location was not in the central part of where most foreign tourists would want to be which is near Barkhor square. Althought it is close to the Muslim quarter of Barkhor. The little restaurant was not staffed when I went there. There was a very good large gym for anyone requiring this. The bed was very very hard and I couldn't have one restful sleep on it combined with the noise.
Friendly staff and super price for the quality.”
I discovered this hotel at my 2last days in Lhasa , the location is just next to the 八廓街, literally 2 minutes away. And for the potala palace, its 15mins away on foot but come on you don't need to go there everyday dont you. The check in is perfect, i arrived ard12 which was too early so the staff helped me taking care of the luggages and the upgraded room was ready an hour later. The room is AWESOME, especially if you did some travel in Tibet, compare with the those you went , this is more than a four season. You can't expect it is as much as you get from a 6star hotel but it is no doubt more than 3star , and more importantly with this price. The staff crew 's hospitality was really touchy, i would go travel back to Tibet as soon as possible because of them. If you are traveling to Lhasa, book this hotel quick as they full up like you won't believe, don't walk in cuz its no chance. Come live here or you may end up somewhere else that dirty and unfriendly but paying similar price .
Lovely Hotel = Clean Comfy Value for Money”
I was about to finish my trip in Lhasa and therefore I did lots of shopping during the 2 days stay in this hotel~ the location of this hotel is quite to city shopping area~about 15-mins walk~and the path is nice and quite~even the temperture is quit high under the sun in Lhasa~ the walk is still pleased~ the room I booked is King Bed Room on the 1/F ~with a Giant Window so I can see the clear and blue sky when I opened my eyes on bed every morning~thats a bonus!! the room is also clean and tidy without lots of unnecessary stuffs~but there is no wardrobe or clothes hanging stand~which makes storing a bit hard~but the bathroom is good too~they promise instant hot water supply which is not easy in other accommodation in Lhasa with the same level of price~ The staff are super friendly and attentive~you can ask whatever about the city and travel and anythings~they would try their best to find out the answer for you! Lovely!!
will be check in again if i have chance to lhaxa”
The hotel is located on a rather convenient street, so if you want to buy souvenir & Handicrafts or anything else, That is your best choice. The interior of the hotel had four table tennis, there are the good place for exercises at high altitude such as Lhasa, and you could whenever play on it with anyone who checked in guest with you, especially "the boss", he was 100% love for bet on "beer" with the guest. However, the service provided by the staff or two" boos" is excellent. Every time we needed assistance they were right there" even you need find them on Bed" Coz, might be they drunk last night! Be that hotel or area/sights related. The top of the floor bar is also excellent. It was probably the best beer we had of any equal quality hotel during our month in Tibet. At the current time they are remodeling the bar, and during the working hours there were frequent power outages throughout the hotel.
good service nice hotel ”
It is a nice hotel was good service and good room. However is it a little difficult to find and most taxi driver doesen't know it. the location is a little away from the crowd, but is ok with a taxi for RMB 10
A designer hotel full of passion”
It's a cool designer inn near the heart of Lhasa, economical and rather backpacker friendly: 1. the boss got up at 530am in the morning and drove me to the Dalai Palace to catch my coach, free of charge 2. Inn keeper lent me thermo-wear for Mt Everest base camp stay, which nearly saved my life at night. 3. They have plenty of cool guests for you to randomly run into
one of the finest hotels I have stayed in a tourism city. Super good value for a more than reasonable price. They do care about your well beings and they provide you almost individualized catering. Very close to trongkang temple. Convenient but quiet location. The best place in Lhasa. Managers know Lhasa inside out and they can provide you great traveling tips and make your trip better.
the owner is a lovely couple, i really had a good time with them. the hotel is clean and the staff are always willing ti help.
comfortable, clean, good price ”
it was good experience. staffs are super nice. basically they had most things you wanted when you are travelling Clean bath room, hot water and wifi hahaha :) definitely wl come back
A clean and tidy room”
the bathroom lamp was out of order and the staff said they could do nothing both of the signal of wifi and TV were very bad. the roof and common room on 3/F are under renovation there are no elevators in the hub
Dysfunctional. DO NOT Stay Here”
Terrible. No heat. Dirty rooms. They lock the front door with a chain from mid-evening until late morning. They got into a screaming match with our tour guide who came to pick us up for walking into the lobby without notice. We even found ourselves locked out after returning midafternoon from a day trip.
very bad, they found my camera .charger and they threw it out not thinking it might be useful to me, the client. when i got up to take breakfast the poor staff was sleeping in the hotel lobby on the couches....pretty bad, i felt very sorry for them but i could not help myself asking them why are they sleeping there ? no response from anyone, it was a very bad experience, i checked out immediately.
nice hotel with hot water”
the hotel is actually quiet good, compare the majority in lhasa. the only thing I hate is the owner and staff there.they seem to nice to the customers, but all they want is earn more money from the customers.
Clean but hot!”
The hotel was quite clean and it was about 20-minute walk to the tourist area. Yet, the room was so hot and we could not sleep very well.
