Great and value for money”

Hotel room and facilities are ok. The location is good. I stayed one night during Ramadhan. Nearby shopping mall's food court and fast food restaurants offered choices for berbuka. There was a tom yam restaurant next to the hotel suitable for sahur at 3.30 am. I will stay here again in the future.

Helpful staff, but cannot help hotel's condition”

Can tell the staff was trying to compensate for hotel's many flaws by generally being professional. pros: location, many stores around to fulfil every need if you know where to look staff, professional cons: not what you see in pics, no flatscreen tv - so no connecting to laptotop poor wifi (really bad once you get to the end rooms, the ones with windows) hotel in disrepair, twice, got a big splinter in my leg from just walking in one room, the other had a bathroom that could not be used noisy, don't choose room at the far left wing, the guests that stay here also like to bang doors and walls (I don't know why, but 24 hours). But, if you can find a quiet room with good wifi and window - very worth the value (if you can).

Inaccurate listing”

Booked a double room with windows as shown in photos published in Agoda. When checked in, I was given a room without windows and smell awful. When I checked with the reception, I was told that room with windows cost more and was fully booked.

Reception sleeping and very hard to find the reception”

On that day maybe about midnight I want to go inside to hotel . But suddenly the door was locked with a kind of stick . So cannot be open . On that time the reception slept on the sofa . Then I knock the door many times and the reception wake up and ask to go inside through the small wooden door not a glass door.
