宿泊前のイメージと現実の落差にがっかりしました。サービスのレベルが低く、設備という点では、他の日本語ホテル予約サイトで確認していた「セーフティーボックス」は部屋はもちろんレセプションにもありませんし、US$等の外貨から現地通貨への両替にも応じてくれません。バスタブの蛇口からは、真っ赤な錆びた水が最初に暫く出ましたし、とにかくイメージと現実の落宰は大きいです。
