The pool is comfortable and the rooms has in a really nice condition

nice property but very strict and not very accommodating as I would have expected

Gym is not good Wifi inside the room iwas not good enough

The system went down while processing check in, it took too long to get the room keys.

Hotel is a little worn out. They have shortage of hand towels.

Location next to Sambil was perfect for us to do some shopping, the room was great and had a great night sleep. Secure environment. Felt safe. Nice facilities.

We were accidentally given a worse room than what we paid for... The staff pointed this out to us at checkout and said they would try to give us back the money. Still waiting but hopeful!

The hotel location is perfect for me, close to the airport and the city Center, lovely hotel , very comfortable room . Breakfast was delicious. Staff very attentive and cordial, a special thanks to Iran sarnia, el viejito Antonio y la señora Pinto for making us feel comfortable and relax during breakfast, you made our stay at the hotel absolutely lovely

Great Location, Clean and comfortable Rooms

hotel staff, waiter and manager in charge at nights wasn’t honest they try to charge us additional for everything and they charge us double for the food and they did not have any receipt when we ask for it I feel really uncomfortable

the keycard has to be checked in the reception desk everyday

Check in was not provided guest waited for 2 hours

Lidotel is a 5 star hotel and lives up to every star and more. I was a international visitor to Valencia in Venezuela and found this hotel to be very relaxing, comfortable and above all the level of service is excellent. The rooms are very spacious, and equipped to a contemporary style, the pool, internal and external spaces are very luxurious. Due to its luxurious and highly professional status there are usually events here and many sophisticated individuals and parties attend this hotel which is perfect if you enjoy this sort of scene. The entire property has a closed perimeter with an automatic gate controlled by 24/7 security, which makes everything very safe. You must also try the breakfast, the chefs are incredible at providing high quality food. The breakfast is 10USD but it is well worth it. The portions are huge and there is a lot of variety from day to day. What stands out the most for me is the service provided by all the staff at this hotel. It is unrivaled like any other hotel I have stayed in. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Javier Graterol and Yorman whom work in the restaurant/bar area made my stay in the hotel extra special and are such friendly and fun people to have a pleasure of meeting. However the absolute asset to this hotel is Dalieliz at reception, from the moment of check in to check out she delivered the most exceptional service consistently. She speaks English fluently which is great for international guests. She is a true treasure to the industry. There is a modern and high end mall across the road, where you can find good quality brands and a food court, taxi's also sit out at the front of the mall, however ask Reception for Nelson if you need a ride anywhere. There is a large super market around the corner called Kromie where you can get supplies. Overall, I highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Valencia, it offers the best value and service.
