+ right in the intersection of the street - you need to make a U-turn (in front of ITC) to get into the hotel and it might be loud of the street, if you get a room with window. + very close (walking distance) to ITC Mega Grosir - the hotel sits next to a train track, tho I didn't here the train noise throughout my stay (inside my room), those who get rooms with window might. + stable wifi connection - no signal at all for Telkomsel in the building (confirmed by the staff) + comfy pillow, spacious room and bathroom + hot shower available - ripped towel (very bad condition) Overall, I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Tho the building looks old from the outside, what's inside is not as old/ bad as I imagined it to be. The staff is very helpful and nice. Once they offered for room clean-up, but as I was working the entire morning, I only requested for a new towel, and surprisingly they gave me a rather good one. So if you'd like to get a better towel condition (not small and ripped), just ask to the staff in person (and it's free, w/o additional charge).

Looks old from the outside, but not in the inside. The receptionist is friendly and I am allowed to do early check in. To get a better experience, better to book the superior room. The room is comfortable and clean. AC, hot water, tv, wifi are working so well. The bad thing is only it’s not sound proof. I was disturbed by the people who were talking outside their rooms at night.

definitely not the best for cabin option”
firstly for a female solo traveler, the location isn’t too favorable. I chose the cabin room, i expected a simple one single bed room so it’s okay that it’s not wide but turns out it doesn’t have air conditioner either, in the heat of Surabaya city! I mean, u can get a better deal even with cheaper rate and still have the air conditioner at least. The other uncomfortable thing that it’s very dirty and seems abandoned altho it’s said newly renovated when i stayed. not mentioning the shared bathroom which is also not clean. it’s located in the same floor as the lobby. i tried to understand bcs of it seems like the hotel is struggling already but still with that kind of offer i wont be staying here again. oh and i actually just checked out not even an hour in the room bcs well it’s really better to stay in ur car instead of the cabin room. dunno about the other type of room tho. wish they improve. for example, giving clearer descriptions in the ads about the room.

Room.is spacious with hot water, comfy bed, but it can be more cleaner. Floor looks seldom clean, some small ants crawling everywhere and there was mosquietos in the room. Location is not good for traveller/tourism purposes. Only few local eateries and no minimarket around.
