All I can say is very positive, the staff are very accomodating, the place and room are clean, quite and comfortable. It is also 2mins away from Bus Station and 5mins away from Train Station. We got our room for only $1,800 3adults. ☺️

No kettle provided for water boiling, have to go down to 1st floor for it. Other than that, the room is clean and the bed comfortable though the room is slightly smaller than expected

Bad experience ”
I’m not really satisfied with their service . Can’t find a parking space ,we have been talked to them before we arrived! The employees promised us that we will have a parking space , Eventually they made my day even worse . Cos it’s a long trip for us on that day .

Clean, organized and close to the train & bus stations”
The hotel was a 5-minute walk from Hualien train station as well as the feeder bus station to Taroko National Park (runs as early as 7:00am onward). It was extremely solo-travel friendly with all the necessary brochures and maps to help you get around the city. The entire place was very clean - helped by the fact that you're only allowed their hostel slippers beyond the reception. Bed was comfy as I took a single-unit room to myself (Queen-size) with a nice shower and basic shower amenities all covered. Eateries are aplenty around the area as well (two 7-11's within a minute from each other and also local eateries). Highly recommended.

Nice location, only around 5 min walk from Hualien train station, the facilities are excellent to the price, bathroom is big, and downstairs got the shared kitchen to cook, 7-11 can be found nearby the hostel

This place is a super convenient for those who would like to have 1 night sleep before departing to Hualien at early tomorrow morning of the next day and taking a night to visit famous Ziqiang night markets in this area. Facilities are like new. Room is small but clean and tidy.

Like business hotel”
The hostel offer all amenities like business hotel including light breakfast. The bed is comfortable, location is just front of the station but silence zone. Unfortunately one of guests had stolen my money, so I never return.

Quiet enviroment”
When I first checked in, the people were all doing their own things quietly in one corner. I was kind of surprised with the lack of interactions. But as soon as someone make the initiative to chat around, the place got livelier. I guess it depends on what type of room mates you encounter for your visit.

Staying here giving you nice experience, modern facility, cleanliness, and giving you free breakfast or you can even cook simple food. The staff are friendly to all guests. The lobby has relaxing ambience, suitable for backpacker who just arrived from far place. Their bed was comfort enough for me, let you re-energize your body.

Facilities were great! Stayed twice, got a private room this time. Incredibley comfy bed. Even the shared dorm rooms were nice. Beds had curtains - great privacy. Rooms were spacious. The shared space/lounge is so awesome too.

The staff is kind but not at all helpful. I had the impression to disturb every time I ask a question. Besides they never say hello or goodbye what for me, is really unpleasant. I travel only and it is pleasant to have a young hello in the morning for example. Besides they recommend nothing and even if I am used to managing only, it is always nice to have recommendations of places. For backpackers, I think that you can find better.
