It was a quiet location.
Having to conduct an entire inventory upon arrival was quite inconvenient. The description said that it was blocks from the beach and if you are not familiar with Ocean City as I am not you would think this means walking distance. It was not. It was like 40 blocks from the beach which meant either driving or taking an uber. We didn't want to risk being unsafe so we chose Uber. The parking is behind the Villas unless there happens to be street parking available. This meant a lot of walking around the entire building with all of our luggage. The beds were somewhat hard, there was hair left in the tub, there was a cigarette but and grass in the washer. Overall it became a good place to sleep.

My family chose not to stay at the property after we checked in. It was beyond filthy and disgusting. I sent an email with pictures to the office and was refunded the following week. That was the only positive. I am hoping they check behind the cleaning staff in the future and have a tighter protocol for ensuring cleanliness.

Quiet weekend getaway”

Just across the Delaware/Maryland border. Close to beaches, fishing, bars, restaurants and all the usual beach vacation stuff. The Inlet is at the other end with Assateague and Chincoteague farther down. The unit was clean and comfortable yet private enough for two couples as en suite bedrooms are separated by the main living area. Kitchen, pool and hot tub avail.
I would have preferred ground floor/no steps. It was dark when I arrived and I didn't know where I was going so I would have liked to go straight to the unit instead of having to go to a seperate location to get the key then backtrack to the unit. The coffee/end tables are covered in glass so don't drop anything hard and heavy (keys on a carabiner) on them mistakenly if your hands are full and can't see in the dark. At least there was glass on the coffee table.

All in all, it was a nice vacation and I believe we would give it another try staying there again.”

I liked the location and the interior setup. I am familiar with Timeshares, I own one. I like the location and the private patio and hot tub and the pool on the premises. It was close enough to the beach a few blocks away but can be dangerous for Seniors crossing the busy streets but we managed okay. It was not far from lots of restaurants and a quick drive to Delaware areas, and the Casiono.
When we arrived on Friday, the patio was full of cut grass and dirt, generally dirty outside. The inside had not been vacuumed, bathrooms were dirty and has mildew on the shower curtain liners, the kitchen and bathroom floors were dirty, the Queen BR had sheets with Blood on them and on a pillow case, the porch lights were not working, the microwave did not work and had to be replaced but not until Monday, the frying pans are so old that it was difficult at best to cook in them because everything stuck to them. We gave the list to Fred, in the office, on Monday morning and he sent the cleaning crew, maintenance man, and the microwave guy in and resolved everything except the frying pans. We appreciated what Fred did and then we just enjoyed the rest of our time there. However, we should have been able to get resolution no later than the next day of our stay. We just made the best of it and went home.

Lighthouse point villas”

We loved the location and the quick walk to the beach and putt putt courses. The kitchen was convenient as we weren’t comfortable eating out due to COVID. The bedrooms were large and loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom.
The fitted sheets kept coming off of the bed because there was no elastic left. The air vents were filthy and there was dust all over the ceilings around every vent. The WiFi had very poor single and we ended up using our phones as hotspots to stream movies.

Solid accommodation close to beach access with great hot tub”

The place was spacious and clean. It was great to have a private rental, and we loved the hot tub. The parking lot was closed when we arrived, but there was still ample street parking. We purposely picked a place on the DE/MD border away from any boardwalks, but we were still super close to the beach.
The place smelled vaguely of cigarette smoke, and it was outdated (including one toilet that worked but was hard to flush). The listing said beach chairs and umbrellas were included, but they were not. The place had a lot of rules, including that you had to complete a form and check the number of kitchen items in the place yourself, you had to strip the beds yourself, etc.

IT WAS TERRIBLE.
I could not get in the room the locked on door was broken. It’s was not cleaned the towels were dirty the dishes in the cabinet still had food on them. The last guess left there check in package “the browns” so knew it wasn’t cleaned. There was only hot water for one day out of three the hot tub was cold it was a terrible.
