I had a wonderful staying in Lihim resorts. Due to the typhoon my flight got cancelled and changed the flight schedule , the hotel staff assist me to early check in even I didn’t request, in addition, they helped me to arrange my new stay schedule . The customer service are extremely warm that better than some other 5 -start resorts. The butler treated you as a family and took care of the kid . The food and the wine in the restaurant are delicious, you would never feel bored to stay in this resorts. The beach is nice and clean just walking distance to be reached. I felt relaxed in this resorts and can't wait to come back again.

Great Experience!”
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we wish we could stay longer. The staff was very friendly and our butlers were there to help schedule activities and tours. The gym was very nice and had everything we needed. The massages were also very good. The restaurant was had good options and breakfast buffet changed every morning. I wish the yoga instructor was available, but we had a good experience overall.

Paradise in El Nido An amazing place hidden from prying eyes. Everything has been thought of in this hotel, from meeting guests with the whole hotel, to small pleasant surprises. The staff is always one step ahead of your wishes. We have never experienced this kind of service! I would like to express special gratitude to Mark and Clyde, their concern for our comfort deserves special attention. We did not have time to think, about how our thoughts were embodied in reality. Thanks for an unforgettable weekend. We will miss you and will definitely be back 😍

Faith and Clyde made sure our stay at Lihim was memorable and magical. The views from the Araw Villa were breathtaking and the room itself was beautifully furnished. Everything we ate was outstanding and the service was immaculate. Will definitely be back soon!

Great place very expensive ”
Good place but to expensive . Food overpriced and nothing special at all . 5 tiny chicken wings to your room 1000 pesco wtf with the high price of the room food should be much cheaper and much better quality .. this place is just for super rich that don’t care about money . Breakfast was so disappointing every day it’s the one thing I look forward to On a holiday at at a 5 star resort . Service was great from all the staff though they where terrific ..

We got poisoned in the hotel”
We got poisoned in the hotel – they gave us food with Gluten and said it is with no Gluten. We end up in a hospital – the all vacation went bad – the hotel did not take responsibility or compensate us – just said that they are very sorry for the mistake.

Waste of money!”
The place was nice but service was lacking from our butler as she doesn't provide us much information of the tour, boat and also for the food menu. She doesn't brief on the food portion as we over ordered since we don't have an idea of the portion. We felt they never wait at the booth to attend us as the booth was empty. We nearly waited for 25minutes for our check in. We personally felt the money doesn't worth for the service. The placee was luxury but not worth. Save your money !

A truly amazing place”
The resort is truly amazing. We stayed in the Banilaud villa which had stunning views of the limestone cliffs. The food is fantastic and having a butler to organise activities and make suggestions was worth it. Its also close enough to el nido town to go in for an evening for something different. But to be honest we were happy just to stay in the resort.

３泊４日 家族４人ンでマニラからスイフトエアでエルニドへ まずは エルニド空港の周辺には流しのタクシーなどなく ホテルの送迎サービスに頼るしかない点。早速 ホテル側の迎えが５０分ほど遅れたのが痛い旅の始まりです。空港からエルニドタウンまで約１５分 そこからホテル所有のボートに乗り換えて１０分 山の斜面に位置する為ケーブルカーを上げ下げしてもらわないと部屋にたどり着けない。すべてホテル側にお世話されないと自由に動けない点が 我々には苦痛であった。部屋は綺麗で広い。眺めも最高。部屋にはサウナも新設されていて 小さい（大きなお風呂）ながらプールも完備されている。 各部屋に担当「執事」なるものが居られて 朝食専用の「執事」アクティビティ専用の「執事」などと分類されているようで、個人の携帯で常にやり取りする形が、ここのやり方でした。英語が堪能ではない小生には 細やかな要望を英語で伝えるのに悪戦苦闘しました。 朝食は無料で 各部屋のベランダに持ってきて頂いて 壮大な大自然を見ながら優雅な朝食がこのホテルの売りの一つと後から知りましたが、朝食も２日目は腹を壊していたこと 無料とは知らず・・・３日目は街のオプショナルツアーでアイランドホッピング参加の為 早朝出発でサンドイッチを作って持たせてもらいました。４日目は帰る日 こちらもサンドイッチだった。朝食の担当執事（バトラー）やお世話係りの方はみなさん素朴ながらすごく雰囲気が良く 好感が持てた。 ホテルの方は親切でいいのですが、朝食以外は、ホテルでの オプショナルツアー ホテルのレストランが 市場価格の２～３倍 どうしても割高感を感じてしまいました 部屋から出るのに 「今から部屋を出ます リフトを上げてもらえませんか」「それから エルニドタウンに行きたいので ボートもお願いします」「帰りは何時にお願いします」(笑)(笑)(笑)(笑)(笑)(笑)「ＰＭ６：００以降はボートは別料金ですとか意地悪されたり・・（笑）」 まあ 楽しい旅でした。 エルニドタウンからホテルまで 海岸線の道路を延伸して ボート以外で寄り付けるようにすれば利便性は上がると思われます それと海岸線に向かってエルニドタウン側の森一帯を購入して開発するとホテルのグレードは素晴らしく上がるでしょう。 現在はより付けないところに希少価値を見出しているのかもと感じます。ホテルに籠って ３食すべて完全にお世話をして頂いて 下界の喧騒をよそに 優雅に素晴らしい景色と鳥のさえずりを聞くには 最高の施設であると感じます
