Conveniently located a few minutes walk from Porte des Lilas metro station. Rooms and bathrooms are small, but OK by Paris standards. Whole place looked clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Only downside - no free wifi (but given the cost of the hotel, that is understandable).

Most of the time, the main receptionist was elder man and he cannot speak and understand English. I booked my reservation with agoda online in advance, but the elder man of the reception said there is no my reservation in the book list. I checked the sheet he had and found my name in the bottom of the list. Also, the hotel information says you can access the internet, but actually you cannot access the internet in your room. I guess it is because of low connection to the internet. I smelled bad in the room and inside the hotel. I didn't like the smell, so I opened the door in the room all the time. I don't recommend to stay at this hotel for people who need to use the internet and who need to speak in English. Otherwise, it might be okay.

Simple, clean, quiet. Nice staff. The neighbourhood is boring, but who cares when you can be in the city centre in 20 minutes.

muy buena hubicacion a cuadra y Media del metro que te conecta a todos los puntos turísticos, hay un supermercado al frente del metro. El hotel era muy limpio y tal cual las fotos! llegamos antes de la hora del chekin y ya estaba lista la habitación y cuando nos fuimos No cuidaron la maleta en la recepción hasta la noche que salía nuestro vuelo! volveríamos todo perfecto ni un problema y tiene asensor!!! y secadora de pelo!!!

Hôtel vieillot. Les moquettes sont très sales Le chauffage est nettement insuffisant et l'eau à peine tiède. Point positif: le petit-déjeuner très complet à volonté

Hôtel mal insonorisé. Pas d'eau chaude. Portes de douches non fixées et trop grandes donc tombant dès qu'on les touche...

... et vraiment je n'ai pas été déçue! Aucun souci.... La chambre "m'attendait" le jour J, propre et accueillante! Quand on procède à une réservation à l'aveugle, on ne voit pas grand chose... Mais là tout est impeccable : l'accueil, la propreté, le niveau : 5e avec ascenseur!, la literie correcte, la salle de douche très propre avec plusieurs serviettes et savon! J'ai été bluffé par ce 2**!

das Zimmer sowie das Bad sind zwar klein, aber sehr sauber und der Blick in einen großen Innenhof verspricht ruhige Nächte. Die großen Fenster sind gut isoliert. 96-er Bus Richtung Saint Michel (Zentrum) fährt direkt vor der Tür, eine Metrostation ist auch nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt.

Sorpresa inaspettata perché ci aspettavamo molto meno. Posizione ottima per visitare la città, a due passi dalla metro 11 porte des lilas, poi c'è una boulangerie vicina che fa delle delizie buonissime ed il mc donalds. Pulizia impeccabile. Zona tranquilla. Consiglio vivamente, ci ritornerei di sicuro :)

房间面积还可以，但隔音效果不好，睡眠不好，网速较快。有些店员不会说英语，交流比较困难。附近有2个地铁站，交通方便。附近有个超市，购物十分方便
