Great hotel for families ”
Kids did not want to go home! Indoor pool was a hit, scenic garden walks during day and night were beautiful. Hotel surroundings were magically lit at night, felt like a scene from Harry Potter. Room was clean and beautiful. Breakfast was great, buffet breakfast is replaced with a la carte due to COVID. Still great! Staff are very attentive with great service . Lounge area is too relaxing, only wish they had a better dinner menu (it’s the same menu as lunch) . Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing facilities and comfort”
We booked a deluxe room for myself and the girlfriend. We made full use of the day spa where the sauna was my favourite (loved the earthy wood smell from the coals), and did a few laps in the indoor heated swimming pool. The person out front also gave us complimentary drinks since our room was about 15 minutes late for cleaning (not a big deal but we appreciated the drinks). Great location, close to Echo Point and overall lovely experience.

Fantastic place”
I love this hotel; this is the third time I've stayed there; The place is beautiful, has a lovely bar and lounge area for lunch and dinner, as well as a beautiful restaurant Darley's (reservations mandatory) for fine dining. I booked a two hour spa treatment in the spa downstairs which is part of the hotel which was superb. It's literally only 3 mns walk from the Three Sisters lookout, and a few minutes drive into the town center of Katoomba. The hotel has a gorgeous indoor heated pool as well as an outdoor one. I would highly recommend this place.

Great stay”
Very helpful staff- I left something at the Katoomba train station after checking out and was half an hour later that I realized and wrote an email to see if the staff could contact the train station and inform them about that. The staff took immediate action and also gave a call for assurance. With the hotel’s help, I managed to retrieve my stuff and i appreciate the extra service they have even after i have checked out! I was able to check in early at 1pm too. Thanks for making the trip a good one!

Liliianfels was the perfect spot for a quick night away. We both felt pampered and refreshed after just one night in this lovely hotel. The hotel and surroundings are beautiful. Make sure to visit Leura nearby and bring your walking shoes and enjoy some of the many hiking tracks in the area.

Very comfortable stay”
Stayed for 3 days, the parking was a bit of a mission on arrival as there was a wellness retreat, so when It was also raining wasn't fun. Onto the rest of the stay, it was lovely. Darleys was FANTASTIC. The temperature in the rooms to sleep was perfect, beds, amenities etc.. all there to help. Had a very relaxing and recharging weekend. Back to life now :)

The weather ruined our view but other than that, we had a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room and bed were very comfy. The indoor pool was warm enough for my wife and she hates cold water. My only comment was that the spa and jacuzzi were not accessible to someone who has difficulty with stairs.

We had such a wonderful time at Lilianfels. It is the perfect combination of old-world charm and luxury. We had a room with a view over the valley and a spa bath, which made the stay even better. The rooms were large and well-equipped. The indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room were a fantastic addition to our stay. We really enjoyed the High Tea and Jess was a wonderful hostess as we ate delicious scones and treats. Having multiple walking tracks through the Blue Mountains right outside your door and the gorgeous spring gardens on the property meant you could balance outdoor activity with indoor relaxation. Highly recommend it!

4 of us stayed in a Deluxe Twin Family room with 2 Queen beds. It was very clean with beautiful English wall paper. Beds were very comfortable but the pillows were too soft for us. Walking distance to three sisters and there is a shuttle bus to the Scenic World ...
