Simple, easy and basic.”
The hotel provide basic needs, an affordable budget hotel with easy access to tourism spots, hospital and malls within walking distance. A lot of stalls and restaurants near by and KFC, Pizza Hut and shopping malls are within walking distance. Feels safe to walk any time and taxi van are available at the hotel's gate. The only concern are limited wifi range at lobby only and very few breakfast choices but I think we get what we paid for and we had good sleep at night. No aircond in our room and the weather was quite hot and humid during our trip there.

Great Location - but rather basic”
The location is very good and only 100 meters down the road you will find Turret Cafe which we would highly recommend. The service was friendly and helpful (bags to your room, and even called pizza delivery for us). Unfortunately the room was quite dark and depressing. Small and a bit run down even for Indonesian standards. Outside the room the hotel gives off a cleaner, newer image. An issue that has been brought up previously is the hot water timing. So I would suggest you plan your shower times!

Ok for a one star hotel”
We booked a standard room through Agoda and found that the standard room does not come with AC or even a fan. We were told that AC facilities are only provided in deluxe rooms. The people at the front desk were kindly enough to upgrade us to a deluxe room but we had to pay the differences. Breakfast was very minimal but you don't expect much from a one star hotel. However, I don't recommend the hotel for people that have disabilities as the hotel does not have any lifts or elevator. Overall, it was ok for us since we only stayed in our rooms during the nights.

The hotel condition is good and comfort. But during the stay other guest comes with child were very noise, they scream and laugh all night long. Hot water is available but not all day.

Off main road into town very handy for bars and food, including street food, department store and market. Pleasant, freshly prepared buffet breakfast. Good sized room with double bed, fridge and in-room wi/fi, tea and coffee and daily room make-up including fresh toiletries. Very pleasant and helpful staff who carried the baggage up the several flights of steps to the room.

It's ok tk stay here if no choice.. but if you were not fit enough to climb the stairs, better go for a hotel with lift. Overall, it's a nice stay.

Nice hotel (relatively quiet) and centrally locate”
Despite the room is rather small and relatively old, the room us rather quiet. The hotel is not too far from the main attraction (15 minutes walk)

Hospitality is great”
the hotel location is great, not far tourist locations such as cafes, bukitinggi's inconic jam gadang, traditional market etc. multi split floors, no lift or elevator so you need to hand carry your owned luggages, parking area is limited. rooms are clean and worth to the price, but shower's hot water scheduled 2 hours morning and 3 hours in the afternoon, recommended for budget tourist.

Off main road into town, very convenient for bars and food, including street food, department store and market. On check-in ask to see the room. Our twin room was very small but later we found other superior rooms were much larger. There was only one power point and no in-room wi/fi. Daily room make-up with fresh toiletries and tea and coffee facilities. Pleasant, freshly prepared buffet breakfast and friendly and efficient staff.

Good Location, old rooms, too expensive”
The Limas hotel is an old hotel which could have been a very good hotel in the past. the furniture is very old and the carpet in the rooms should be exchanged. the breakfast is ok but not great. We got a room with two single beds although we requested a room with one twinsize bed.

This hotel is quite nice, near to the tourist object such as Jam Gadang and Ngarai Sianok. But the room especially the bath room was not good. We have to move to the other room because of the water pipe was leak to our room. The best things for the hotel is the staffs are friendly and helpful. T

Small and smelly room”
the hotel room was small and the hotel was quite old. my room was next to the hotel restaurant so it was noisy. the food for breakfast was very bad. they served only fried rice and bread (with butter and jam) for 2 days. the hotel is within walking distance to jam gadang so it was quite convenience to go to town.
