satisfactory
Well situated geographically in terms of motor vehicle access to the City and other interests.
Fair to average, in the context that this venue is decades old and overdue for a maintenance make over. The staff does well to facilitate one's experience with the minor shortcomings that emerge. Is reasonably good value in terms of budget accommodation.

Satisfactory given the purpose of the stay
easy to locate, close proximity to airport, convenient checkin/out times
The Hotel was fine given all I needed was somewhere to sleep overnight before flying on to Perth. It is very basic - the bed was comfortable, the shower/toilet area clean (would have liked a hairdryer to be available). Wouldn't hurt if a little more upgrading was done - new carpets, curtains and a little more attention to breakfast supplies without turning it into something unaffordable. Keep it basic, but in a bit better condition overall.
