Great Staff”
My husband, adult daughter, and myself stayed in Loin's Garden for six nights while seeing the sites in Budapest. We were comfortable and enjoyed the breakfasts. There is a public transport stop just steps away. But the really standout feature was the care the staff exhibited. They helped with scheduling transportation, tickets, activities, and even printed them for us. They were there to answer questions and get us another pillow. Great staff!!

Absolutely liked the hotel. Little bit far from dunai river but the pool and sauna were perfect. Good with children. They have parking and ouside parksite wich is perfet who has big car.

Nice hotel at the edge of city center, not so far from giant park. Our room had a gorgeous view, bathroom was super clean, some furniture was a bit dusty but still okay. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The club lounge in this hotel has only water, juices, fruits, coffee, and tea. But it was convenient because in the room no free bottles of water. The pool was without water, but the sauna, gym, and jacuzzi worked. Good hotel, value for money, it's the good variant to spend a night on the way to somewhere.

A good hotel in it's price range”
I've asked for a room at sixth floor, thinking it would be towards the street and have the church as view from the balcony as seen in the pictures, but we got a room in the back where we have seen just rooftops. It would have been nice to know that before. The shower cabin could have been a bit larger, it's a 4* hotel after all. The breakfast was ok but it could be better. Overall the hotel was ok for the price I payed and I might come back in the future to stay here.

Good hotel for spa and pool facilities but not customer service!!”
The hotel is perfect for spa and pool facilities, can be far away from main centre when walking. Neither friendly nor warm welcome when check in. The lady showed her attitude when I asked for 1 double bed - although I chose the 1 large bed preference when booking. They quoted 8 Euro for bus to airport but I had to pay 20 Euro at the bus company, ridiculous! Please don't make excuses that the bus is from outsider and there is inflation in Hungary a couple months now. You should just check the information in advance and provide the accute price to the guest. I don't think this hotel can provide excellent customer services in overall, not recommended!

Cold room,cold bathroom, no wi fi internet.poor Breakfast. 3rd bed for child was actualy sofa and very uncomfortable. Hotel has a parking garage,but you have to pay 20e for a day.

It is important to report any dissatisfaction on the spot so that we can improve it during your stay. The garage places can be used for 20 EUR/night. Since we are in a paid parking zone, you also have to pay for parking on the street from Monday to Friday from 08:00-20:00.

Disappointed ”
the first thing you notice by entering the hotel and having the first contact is that the people in the reception are very cold and even don’t really like care. Then all the other personnel are very cold and unwelcoming. The room was good spacious and average clean still has many efforts to gi for cleaning. The breakfast is very bad you eat the same thing for all your staying so could you imagine if you stay for more than 2 days and their food offer is really ridiculous they don’t even care to refill emptied food containers and when you ask the waitress they literally don’t care about you. The indoor swimming pool is a real joke in the full cold time the indoor pool is colder than the outside of the hotel that was a joke in addition that the wellness and indoor pool area is only accessible between 17 and 21 actually so ridiculous. Overall the value for money is faaaar to be met. So disappointing.

Thank you for your feedback. We ae really sorry that you had bad experiences in our hotel. We are imroving our breakfast daily. The pool is 25 degree and the jacuzzi is 32 degree. Due to increased energy costs we had to change the oppening hours instead of closing the wellness.

Clean hotel but bad services ”
Booked a room with 1 night and 2 persons, arrived hotel 30 mins later and found out voucher is 2 nights with 1 person. Request to revised the booking by my agent and hotel staff said no problem. 2 days later hotel still charged me 2 nights as they said 2 persons were checked in, so the extra night was treated as additional charges. But the hotel check in staff told me the additional person should only charge 20 euro when arrived. Very unreasonable charges and feel like being cheated. Also hotel staff told me it is ok to park my car outside when I arrived and asked. Next morning my car was clamped and paid 24 euro to release. Very unreliable staff services. Being cheated again.
