"We are a group of 6 persons spent 3 days two nights at Watering TW Spa Villa. We booked two rooms. One is a family-type and other is a double bedroom. The family room we stayed has bad smell coming from floor drain of shower room. Not only this, the floor drain always chok during bathing. The hotel refused to change other room to us eventhougth we reflected the problems to the hotel. The hotel explained that the reason was the same type of room was full. We opined that the hotel should arrange other room type for us although the price perhaps higher than the type we originally booked since it was the hotel's problem not ours. The surrounding environment is good but there are not much attraction points in that area. "
