great sunset view..restaurant needs improvement”
It was nice to get an upgrade to the 3rd floor which had the most beautiful sunset view. Reception staff were very helpful and cheerful. Bed was comfortable. The shower was holder was loose so instead took a bath. pool was nice and clean but too hot during the sunny day. restaurant is the biggest issue. Even simple thai food was not good and breakfast was also mediocre. We decided to eat in the restaurant in the next hotel called Lipa Lodge. as there r no restaurants near by, they should really upgrade their restaurant. a nice meal with the lovely sunset view can be a great selling point. great stay for someone who is looking for a quiet beach in Koh samui.

Delivered.”
Delivered pretty much all it promised....unfortunately we were out of the hotel too early to try the breakfast, but staff did provide a sandwich for the early ferry trip back to the mainland. Beach was much nicer than expected....not wide at the time we were there, but the water was clean. Water sports stand right next door...but as someone who dreads those places...the hotel has a roped off, protected area for swimmers. Pool is small, but clean.

Robbed in the hotel, denied bike rental & other disasters”
Dears, If you ever think this hotel might be good for your stay, please think twice... At the last day of our stay, my friend and I, we realised somebody stole half of our money that we had in our wallets. When? Well, the only time we didn't take our bags with us was... During the breakfast! We were eating for around 30 min ( it's not a buffet breakfast, you need to order a la carte and wait for it). After the breakfast I came back to the room and stayed there for almost 3 h. It was really interesting that nobody from housekeeping came to clean our room for all that time, not even knocked the door. Housekeeping, who has their own keys to every room, eventually waited for us to leave the hotel with our bags ( where the half of money was already gone but we didn't realise it that time) so nobody can blame them or even suspect. Of course, there were no CCTVs that point on our room. The CCTV installed monitor only reception and restaurant so the area for hotel stuff. The security of the clients is not even taken into consideration... Maybe you might think we just lost somewhere our money and now we're blaming hotel. Believe me, we are very price sensitive young women and we count on every single baht we spent ( every single time we pay for something, we wrote it down). We asked to call the police, but after few hours of waiting we were informed that... the police don’t work at night. Unbelievable! Another highlights about the hotel: 1. The front office does not speak English well (or at all). You can't even communicate with them regarding simple things, like internet connection or taxi booking. 2. We wanted to rent motorbikes but we were told we don't know how to drive so hotel will not give it to us (we finally rented scooters from different, better hotel next door). 3. There is almost no beach. You literally have 1 m of the coast. BTW water is very dirty. 4. They try to charge you for everything ( even for ice cubes - 20 thb) Overall, a very very

Quiet Location. Friendly and Helpful Staff”
Situated in the west side of Samui where you get the awesome sunsets. The hotel staff will go out of their way to make your staff pleasant and will cater to your needs when requested. You have your own private beach and the pool is clean and empty most of our stay. Hotel is walking distance to good Thai restaurants and is next to Nikki Beach if you are the partying kind. You can hardly hear the parties that Nikki Beach is known for. Breakfast is a set menu with a choice of western or asian dishes. We hired a car so Nathon and Chaweng is just 15 to 40 mins away if you are up for some shopping.

Relaxing holiday”
The resort was small and great for a quiet relaxing holiday and certainly value for money although we did stay at an off peak season. Does not have the feel of the large holiday resort but a quiet ambience of a Thai village. We certainly felt at home. Staff was very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate our request. Great shopping at Nathon, about 15 minutes drive. and while you are there, go to Lucky Restaurant for great Thai food and good value.

Very nice, cozy and clean place! With a perfect beach and sunset! ”
The room was very nice for the price! Clean and neat. Furniture and interior design was very nice for this price! Toilet and bathroom with bathtub looks very good! Clean and everything is functioning well. Shower head has several options, water pressure is good. Hot and cold water. Very satisfied with location and the room! But the breakfast wasn't satisfying unfortunately. There were given options to choose (no buffet) and pictures on the menu weren't what they served. Fruit juice was from the can, muesli very small bowl...ham with Omelette tasted like rubber.. So for the room, facilities and location - 10 of 10. For the breakfast - 4 of 10. Staff is very helpful - 10 of 10. Would definitely recommend this resort (without breakfast :) )

Wonderful Quiet Comfortable Hotel”
Small Hotel. Room was very comfortable. Nice bath / bathroom. Bed Comfortable. Good Wifi. Beach is lovely. Pools was nice. Nice Mango shake. Staff were very helpful. They should do some maintenance on the area surrounding the pool to make this place perfect.

Great resort if you want peace and privacy since it is not close to many restaurant or bars. Nice infinity pool, clean and good rooms, pretty beach.

Location is not Good.”
We have rent the motorbike at chaweng area, with no Passport needed, However when we intended to rent motorbike at this lipa noi, the hotel requested us to leave our passport (which for me is impossible, as passport is a very important thing for us- we can't afford any careless or incidentally happen). Hence, we need to walk out and rent the motorbike(the area is full of local and we have communication difficulties with them). Swimming pool-a bit disappointed when i saw the Swimming pool. the Pool is not as seen as picture shown in agoda. The staff served in the hotel restaurant is in bad service at all. Food so so only. That area is very difficult to find a proper massage shop for a massage as well.
