Nice room,ambience and location
We were impressed by the layout of the room..comfy,secluded shower area is the surprise.. Would be better if there is more variety for breakfast

Great location
Walking distance to MBK and national stadium BTS. Staff is polite and friendly. Room size is big and spacious. Toilet has bathtub. Tv channels were good although sports channel has no EPL. Wifi speed is good. Has swimming pool/gym. Spa/massage was costly but they gave 1200baht discount coupon. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great staffs and clean hotel

Full Spectrum Suite

Good location, nice design suite
I am staying at the Full Spectrum Suite. As I requested for high floor, I wss given the top level (7) suite. However, the water pressure very low and master switch not working as expected. Hotel engineer checked and confirmed faulty on water pressure. The hotel then changed me to another suite with a living room about 40% larger, water pressure good, master switch works. Hotel staff are very helpful. I enjoy my stay.

Location is good but need to walk through a quiet alley to reach the hotel. Nice breakfast. Room was clean.

Special design and good location
Reason for booking this hotel is due to its good location and special design room. The hotel really not disappointed us. Very special room design, room lighting feel so warmth. There is a massage opposite the hotel which is quite convenient. Near to BTS station and 7-11. Overall, its a hotel that worth to stay.

Poor Management w/ No Hot Water!
Unfortunately this hotel doesn't live up to its reviews. We arrived at 3pm, however we were told our room was not yet available. After we checked in, we noticed that he wifi fluctuates and didn't work. We called reception, and they sent a non English speaking engineering staff that didn't resolve anything. We also didn't have hot water. I went to the front desk, and they informed me that" WE DONT HAVE A HOT WATER HEATER" so we only have warm water. Seriously? Also, the staff also wanted tips. We caught them communicating after every time the picked up someone's bags by rubbing their fingers together like money and laughing if a guest didn't tip. Or doing a big X with their arms. I usually tip, but his was outrageous. This was crazy rude and completely obvious that all staff did it. We really did not enjoy our stay here, and would not recommend to anyone. Their management team needs to clean house.

Special design, good location and near BTs
I would suggest you to try this hotel if it is your first time to go BKK. The design is good and the room is clean. Most important is it near BTS with 5 mins walk only. And it takes 10 mins to walk to Siam station only. Also, I do think the service for their staff is good.
