One of the Best Hostels in SE Asia”
I was so lucky to have found Little Charm Hanoi Hostel. I almost booked a different hostel, until I stumbled upon this on Agoda! It's one of the best hostels I've stayed at in my 7 months of continuous traveling. The first hostel where beds are made for you daily and towels can be changed daily if you wish. Lots of toilets and shower rooms on every floor so you won't have to queue. Everyone in the staff was GENUINELY NICE. Zoe on the front desk was always helpful and Antonio the Spanish-speaking vietnamese staff. Guy who checked me in was so nice as well, but I didn't get his name. Breakfast was amaaaazing. I did not expect it to be so good. You are given lots of options on a menu card, but on top of that, there's even a buffet spread for fruits, vegetables and drinks (juices, vietnamese coffee, tea, water). Not only that, the hostel even has a pool with jets! The common area is also nice. You get a quiet work area on the second floor, or you can hang out at the restaurant as all their seats are comfy and all areas are work-conducive. So handy when you're working while traveling like me. It was so good, we extended 2 more nights (direct at the hostel) and we booked again for when we come back to Hanoi. Also, the hostel holds your luggages for you (in a storage room with bag tags) if you want to check out and go to Sapa/Halong Bay for a couple of days. Really can't ask for more! If you don't stay here when you're in Hanoi, you'd be missing out on a lot! Hanoi is chaotic but this hostel is your little oasis in the middle of all that! The best!

You Must stay at this place!”
I rarely write reviews. However this experience at the little charm hostel Hanoi totally deserved one. It opened up only a week ago and was recommended by a friend. After having stayed In many different hostels in Hanoi, this one is so next level. Super clean, extremely friendly staff with great English proficiency and a enjoyable non-pushy atmosphere. The rooms have super comfortable beds, come with a wrapped towel and two personal saves for valuables and other stuff. Overall I feel more like in a 5 star hotel, in fact: I walked out back to the street after seeing the „lobby“ to make sure I was in the right place. There even is a private swimming pool. And guys, the breakfast is included and definitely more than what I was used to. A buffet with different juices, coffe with fresh or condensed milk, bananas, watermelons and tons of other stuff. Just come and see for yourself. Perfectly located in the old town I was more than surprised to find this (yet) hidden gem. Overall, I know this review reads like it was payed for but believe me this is just me being happy about this stay. I even consider this place as one of the top hostels of all my travels (50+ countries), this should speak for itself. Enough excitement, come here, see for yourself and if you like it, leave a review to help them!

Awesome...so charming the hostel exceeded my expectation..”
Little Charm Hanoi Hostel was the best hostel i’ve ever been checked in..clean bed and sheet also the shower room and the comfort room..have my own locked closet. The only con i’ve noticed and experienced was that..bcoz it was a shared room..there was someone whose so insensitive for being so noisy when she came inside the room..she seems like no respect at all whom she with at the room..i think thats a lack of a reminder for the tourist in the hotel..Anyway,the location was right at the center of the city...can walk anywhere you want to go..very near at the night market street..can eat in any corner of the street..the free beer was true!!! I have a happytime, thanks What makes me stood was how the staffs treated their guest.though i was came very early in the morning..cant blame the duty staff..overall such and overwhelming warm and sweet gesture of all the staffs especailly. Antonio the spanish speaking guy..i like him..Kathy and Ana their smiling face was so contagious. Keep it up

Perfect as it's finest”
I was looking an affordable but a comfortable stay in Hanoi near the old quarter thru Agoda.com, thiS hostel captivates my attention and I booked. The staff was very kind and entertaining. The cleanliness exceeded my expectation when I witnesses their bunk beds with curtains to maintain privacy. They have their own sockekst and bulb light which is considering an awesome features. And guess what! They have their security lockers which i really love the most. Furthermore. I havent experience a hostel with a swimming pool. Omg. I could say that it was a 3 star hostel having a free buffet breakfast in their restaurant is absolutely amazing. In addition. They have their own travel coordinator namely ngu bai. Who helped me to book my halong bay tour and always there to answer my querries about Hanoi. . I couldnt ask for more. They also had relaxation lounge area where you can read or sit with your own errands. They have the fastest wifi compared to other hostels that ive stayed in the past.

Modern and clean with beautiful decor.”
The stay there was excellent with a 6 people dorm. Very nice design. Spotlessly clean. Good number of toilets and showers with good water pressure. Each room and main locker uses card access, and in addition another smaller locker with key lock above your bed, very secure. Fresh towel available everyday. It will be better if they could provide a hooks to our hang wet towels. Overall, the hostel was modern and clean with beautiful decor. I wish they could improve their security for their left luggage room. Currently, anyone could just enter and take something. Another thing to note, please do your comparison with other tour agencies before deciding on tours packages. Prices varies a lot in Hanoi, especially for Halong Bay tours. There are plenty of tour agencies around the old quarters.

happy”
I had only one night stay but it's really nice. They offering 3 hrs free walking tour it quite nice. Mr. Ha and Mr. Phuc are from local guys have more in-depth knowledge about the area. We were 10 ppl from the hostel started from Temple Bach ma then we went to food street (dong xuan).. many local foods availabile. Good for street photography. Then we went famous local market complex. After that we went to the long bien bridge. They told history of the bridge. View from the bridge was amazing. In last we went to the train street. We waited for the train between we all had some beers and coffees. The view is so good. With little drizzle we reached to the hostel. If any one visiting Hanoi stay in little charm and your first would be walking to thats you can make new friends... Chit chats.

Do yourself a favour and stay here!”
I can't recommend Little Charm highly enough. Everything about this hostel is exceptional; from the moment I walked through the lobby (which looks more like a fancy hotel), to checking in with the friendly staff, to the spacious rooms and the comfy beds. Not only that but everything was sparkling clean at all times! I had an unexpected medical occurrence while I was on a tour in Ha Giang which I had organized through the hostel. The Little Charm staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure I got back to Hanoi as soon as possible and received the necessary care. Special shout out to MR. TONY and MR. HA who helped me immensely throughout the duration of my stay. I felt like family and will absolutely be returning next time I'm in Hanoi. Also the breakfast is incredible. STAY HERE.

Parfait ”
Little Charm is the fanciest, luxurious hostel I’ve ever been in. The personel is super friendly, speaks good English, the inside pool is clean and no chemical treatment. The dorms are so clean, beds are confortable, bathroom is really good too. There is no other place to compare with in Hanoi, for 4$ a night. The only thing is that you can not park your bike in front of the hostel, you have to go to the parking other side of the street (not expensive at all). Thank you so much !!!

Nice place to stay.”
The hostel is in the old quarter where you can shop, eat and tour around easily. Breakfast starts at 6am and selection is good. I arrived at 5.30am and the check-in time is at 1pm but they let me keep my luggage at the storeroom and rest at the common area. I can even sleep on the bean bags. There is a free walking tour but it was raining on that day and the tour was cancelled. The staff do speak English and one of the counter staff even speaks Mandarin. Could consider to stay in this hostel for my next trip to Hanoi.

Clean toilets , great location, free breakfast + beer + walking tour”
The place is a bit expensive for a hostel in Hanoi. However, I have to say that it's probably worth it because of the great location (smack in the center of Old Quarters), toilets are virtually spotless and dry at all time. They also include a free breakfast, and free beer hour, and a free walking tour. There's a pool but I didn't manage to check it out. Rooms come with huge lockers to store your entire luggage. The beds could be better. The middle part of my mattress was sunk in due to prolonged use.

Nov 12-13 stay”
Excellent price for excellent service. They provide free breakfast (either pancakes, pho, omelettes) and there are other choices (rice/noodles and fruits) which you can fill yourself up with. The staff are extremely accommodating and can speak good english so communication isn't a problem. Shower facilities are also great- very clean and only available to your room. If you check out early, they have showers and toilets which you can use on the ground floor. They also have a nice luggage area. Easily accessible for those who want to take Bus 86 from the airport to Hanoi Old Quarter. Would definitely come back.

Impeccable hotel”
The hotel is located in the heart of Hanoi and has just opened in September this year. The hotel's decoration and style are as charming as the hotel name. where the little things means everything. All the details are perfect, service and quality are no less than five-star hotels. Well-designed swimming pool, spotless room, sumptuous buffet breakfast, elegant and beautiful front desk Vietnamese girl. Passionate, meticulous, glamorous! I have stayed three times and are highly recommended.

Exceptional”
Location is in the heart of the Old Quarter, walking distance to plenty of sites, museums, restaurants. Breakfast was adequate. Staff was very helpful in suggesting activities to do during the day. Hostel also offers a free walking tour but I didn’t not have time to do this. Hostel can be a little noisy in the afternoon and early evening around beer hour, so may not be the best for people looking for some quiet. But if you’re out and about doing stuff until late it’s not a problem.

The most perfect hostel ”
If only all hostels could be like this one. Tidy and smart decor, everything was clean and in good repair. The beds were comfy, the linens were clean, and you get a fresh towel everyday if you want one. The lockers were spacious and the privacy curtains were great at keeping the light out. The pool was clean and a nice treat. The showers were hot and the bathrooms were clean with good facilities, great lighting and plugs for hair and make up. The breakfast was superb and the staff spoke reasonable english and could help with anything. The restaurant was also very tasty and reasonably priced. Great location in the old quarter. And the best laundry service I have ever used, it was all so fresh smelling and actually clean.

It was the best hostel I've ever been”
It's very fresh, clean and comfort. It's in great spot in Hanoi. There is a plenty cool stuff making your live easier (courtains around the bed, shelf, light etc). It's a little bit more expensive then most of hostel in area, but if this few dollas doesn't mean a lot for you - definitely worth it. And if you like comfort and clean of 4* + hotels but don't need intimacy of your own room and bathroom, and dont want spend a lot of money for it: it's your first choice.
