2 nights stay”
It is located right in the middle of HCM town. Right out from the alley - walk left to saigon centre, takashimaya vietnam; right to ben nhat market (5-10min) You have 7eleven & family mart nearby (3mins walk) on your left from the alley. Avoid staying at fifth floor if you would like to spend most of your time in your room in the afternoon because its the roof top and you may feel abit hot. Pros - Walking distance to market, shopping center, city hall, museum, independent hall, post office. - Very friendly front desk and well spoken English. - Small and clean room (spotted a few ants in the toilet) - Powerful air-cond that makes the room cold when we came back in the afternoon. - there are water boiler in the room for your coffee and tea. - water heater are good in condition. - Cons - its located at the end of the alley that is unseen. - you need to walk out to the main road to get a cab, but its very near. - the city view room is nothing much then facing the sky deck surrounded with backyard of houses. - Minor renovation sound. - limited selection of breakfast but what do you expect? get your lazy shoes on and head out the street for some local food if you want something special.....!!! -

Near tourist sites so very convenient and nice sta”
Our fault for not reading the reviews properly so it was a bit of a shock on arriving. Building work (train) along whole area. Hotel down a dark dingy alley. Several bedrooms no windows. A far cry from all the other hotels we have stayed with. However the room was very clean. The bed very comfortable and the hotel was very near major sites shops restaurants etc so we ended up ok with it especially as the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Small and clean place”
located in the end of an alley surrounded by local stall which sells food and clothes. Due to construction works, its a bit hard to find this place. Breakfast is tasty and the room is very clean with complete amenities such as hair dryer, mini bar and etc.

Great little hotel”
Great little hotel. Comfortable beds. Good aircon. Breakfast was ok but we were disappointed no pho offered. A few things niggled. We were a little surprised that the late checkout we paid for at 50 percent of tarriff could not be extended from 6pm to 7pm without further payment. There was no one coming into room at that time. A delay in our flight required a further USD 20 fee.

Ok for a very short stay”
Rooms are of a size of a regular bathroom. Staff was very helpful, the bellman was a bit too pushy with his services though. Overall this place is only worth staying if you need to be in the heart of the city. The rooms are too small, no real amenities inside the hotel.

Centrally located hotel. District 1”
It's a clean, well located, reasonably priced option for any Traveller who wishes to stay in District 1, close to all the major tourist attractions, night life and shopping. It's tucked away in a small alley about a hundred feet off the main road and so possibly a cab or car couldn't approach the main entrance. But the staff are very alert, caring and polite and will help you carry luggage etc. That hundred odd feet to the main entrance from the road. Breakfast included is functional. Basically eggs, cold cuts, cereals, coffee tea etc. Nothing fancy but will suffice. Cleanliness is good and housekeeping is fairly good. The GIANT IBIS bus station is a fifteen minute walk from the hotel. I walked there in the morning to get a bus to Pnom Penh. All in all I'd say it's good value for money and definitely worth a stay for short visit Travellers.

great location, close to everything, room will need minor refurbishment”
Location was great despite hidden in a quiet alley. Close to everything and easy to go around with Uber/taxi. Saigon centre, Saigon Square, Benh Thanh market, Saigon walking street, café apartment all a stone throw away. Staff were friendly, including the housekeeping lady. Reception staff speaks good English and give us suggestion for good local food. Room was satisfactory. But personally think it looks tired and need refurbishment. Lighting (could be brighter) , mattress (was a bit hard), furniture (some corners were dusty). It will be perfect with minor facelift.
