Beautiful rooms in a perfect location in Bangkok”

Great location, beautiful rooms, friendly and very helpful staff

The Littlest Guesthouse is a perfect place to stay in Bangkok. It is close to great restaurants, bars, shops, and a 2 minute walk from Surasak BTS. It also feels very peaceful because it is slightly removed from the main road, with a lovely garden. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are perfect, large, clean and beautifully decorated. 2 rooms have a balcony to sit out on. Breakfast are great and can be arranged at a time to suit you. I have already stayed at the Littlest Guesthouse twice on this trip - once with my mum and aunt, and with my boyfriend - and I will be back before flying home!

Great position a little oasis in bangkok”

Cute garden, 1min walk to sky train, nice rooms

Our stay at littlest guesthouse was lovely, we arrived and walked around the corner to a lively local restaurant which was fun and in the morning our breakfast was served in the beautiful courtyard garden. We got the sky train to different areas of bangkok which was a couple minute walk from the guesthouse which was very convenient! This little guesthouse is a little oasis in the centre of bangkok!

Fantastic quiet little guesthouse in busy Bangkok!”

Great location right in the middle of Bangkok

This is an awesome little guesthouse right in the middle of Bangkok but you wouldn't even know it because it is so quiet and peaceful. It is a great stay for couples and the location is right next to BTS which makes getting around a breeze. I cant say enough about the owner, so friendly and welcoming, nothing was a problem and she personally made sure that we were looked after.....and the breakfast was fantastic!! This a true gem in such a big city like Bangkok, we will definitely be staying there again on our next trip and hopefully stay longer next time

Quaint and quiet gem in Bangkok”

close to Myanmar Embassy, close to MRT station, large & clean rooms with beautiful bathroom

We booked this place because it was really close to the Myanmar Embassy, within easy access of the riverside and very reasonably priced with good reviews on Agoda. It more than exceeded our expectations. Because it was tucked away behind other buildings, it has a quiet, calm and relaxed feel to it. Ann is great and really helpful, and her staff, while not English speaking, are also very friendly and helpful. Our upper floor room was spacious with a big bathroom and lovely open shower, as well as a cute little balcony. The room was clean and comfortable, although wifi was better in some parts of the room than others. Highly recommend this place and can't wait to visit again. Thanks Ann for a wonderful (far too short) stay!

Great place to stay!”

Cosy, Private, Near BTS & Convenience Store

I really loved this place so much! It feels like a home, and the discreet location makes you feel like you're not in the middle of a bustling city! Location is convenient too, with a convenience store and BTS station located 1-2 mins walk away. I did have some issue locating the place on the first day, since it's so discreet, but you can easily ask around for directions. The small alley you have to walk through to get to the guesthouse was quite dark and deserted at night, but somehow I never felt unsafe. Only shampoo and body wash are provided, so be sure to bring your own toothpaste/toothbrush, and even some soap for washing hands. Breakfast food was simple and nice. Only gripes were that the housekeeper couldn't speak English, and that the bed was too soft and didn't provide any support. All in all, I'll be sure to return here on my next trip!

Very close to the bts, breakfast in room, personal touch

We spent an excellent 2 nights at the Littlelest guesthouse. Very sweet decorations, huge bathroom, cute balcony breakfast dining. Hidden behind another hotel makes it feel away from things while being about 75 metres from the bts surasek station. Would go again

Lovely and peaceful place”

Centrally located, great breakfast, nice large room

I enjoyed my stay here. It was easy for me to go many places for it is in the middle of the city, close to BTS and express boat, yet I could still enjoy my morning listening to the bird songs from my room. The breakfast was so fresh and delicious, and was nicely served to my room every morning as the time I specified. The lady who took care of the place was laid back and helped with many things that I asked for. I got free Wi-Fi in the room and I enjoyed the rain shower. The bed and sofa in the room was nice too. I like the atmosphere in my room and the lovely balcony table and chair. As for suggestions of improvement...I would say - a real desk for working, full scale mirror, and kettle of hot water should be added to the room. - the price per night should be lower down a bit.

Lovely hotel and good service”

2 minutes walk to surasak skytrain station. clean and tastefully decorated with large room and attached toilet /bathroom. free washing and ironing of clothes.

location is not posh but convenient with surasak skytrain station about 2 minutes walk. guesthouse itself is clean and tastefully decorated. we booked lotus and jasmine rooms which are located on 1st floor. rooms are large and clean. some problem with the lighting and pipes in toilet which were repaired the next day. breakfast is simple and served till 10 am by ati, a nice girl who looks after the cleaning and ironng. her english is rudimentary but the landlady, ann, who speaks good english, is always reachable by phone for advice about best shopping and visiting. she arranged for our taxi from railway station and to airport. there is a small and common fridge in the kitchen. we would have wished for a small fridge in the room. it would also be useful for guests to have the "do's and don'ts" written politely on a paper and handed to them at arrival so that they know exactly what to expect in terms of service and breakfast. we had some problems looking for eating places which are not spicy and non-pork.ordering meals was also difficult because the restaurant workers were not fluent in english. maybe a list of few restaurants within easy reach could be made available.

Charming, large rooms, mega showers, home cooked breakfast, kind staff

This B and B was our oasis in Bangkok. Everyone was so kind. They made us fresh breakfast everyday, at any time of our choosing, and greeted us with cold water each afternoon. The room was very large and charming, with a private patio and giant shower. The beds were soft and heavenly. We recommend this place.

The stay here worked for us because of he location”

location, price, bed

After a lot of trouble when we were contacted direct by the hotel to be told that they didn't have a room for us after we had booked through Agoda...it was all sorted due to us contacting agoda and they in turn contacted the guesthouse. We chose to stay in order to able to walk to the Burma embassy early to join the queue. It was perfect location for that but I'm not sure why else one would stay there because Sathorn is dead and its a reasonable walk to the lower end of Silom. Breakfast was pretty ordinary but the room was actually really nice. THey only have three rooms so not great for tour parties!

Lovely hotel and service”

comfortable and clean.close to skytrain station. clothes are washed and ironed for free.

tastefully decorated and clean guesthouse with spacious rooms.located in an alley and not very posh; but only 2-3 minutes walk from surasak skytrain station.we were a family of 4 persons and booked 2 rooms( jasmine and lotus)situated on 1 st floor of an old renovated house.we liked the spacious shower space( no bathtub)decorated with green plants. lighting and some leaking pipes which were repaired next day when we reported it. landlady, ann was readily available on phone when we needed her help. the young girl.ati, looking after the house could not speak english but was helpful. breakfast is simple but ok. only 1 small fridge in the house for all guests, so could not keep much. we would have liked a small fridge in the room. we also think it will be good to have "do's and don'ts" written down and handed to guest on arrival to avoid any misunderstanding. we had some difficulty ordering food because of language problem.

Homely stay in the middle of bustling Bangkok”

Location, warmth, breakfast

The first thing that hits you was how homely this mansion is, it feels almost as if you're staying at a friend's or relatives's. Breakfast is served to you in your room, by the balcony so you can take in the morning air as you dig into a traditional rice soup or western omelette. The hotel is also very closely located to the train station, while being hidden in a quiet surrounding. I highly recommend for lovers of boutique hotel or those who are tired of the large hotel chains.

Nothing describes this place. Its a combination of quiet, yet in the heart of the city; quaint and cosy, yet 1 minute to the BTS and street markets; large and luxurious, yet its someone's home. I discovered this place a few months ago and now stay at no where else when in Bangkok.

close to BTS, convenient store in 1 min, spacious room

With only 3 rooms, yet each room is equally spacious. The staff doesn't speak much English but is willing to help and keep smiling. Provide simple continental breakfast. Though it is located only 2 mins from BTS Surasak station, you may have difficulty finding it on the day of arrival as it is hiding behind all the hustle and bustle, like a secret garden. Better look for King Royal Garden Inn Hotel nearby Thai CC Tower if you are coming by taxi, ask the driver to drop you off at the car park behind the Hotel building and there it is. Would love to stay there again.

A bit disappointed”

Very nice owner

After the reviews we really expected something amazing. Firstly it took forever to find it. The lovely taxi driver phoned to get directions then had to leave us and hunt for it on foot. The sign is down a side alley, unseen from the main road. The room is dark and you can't open the curtains as the table outside the window is used by other guests. There is a kitchen outside the room which can be noisy and foot noise from upstairs guests vibrates the ceiling and lights. We were wakened in the early hours by this. Because the outside table was in use we were asked to eat breakfast in our room but with only a dressing table we opted to eat in the kitchen. It was all bit disorganised. We have a guest house business and wouldn't expect our guests to eat in their room. There should be enough tables for all to eat at the same time. The room was clean and the staff very pleasant and the owner Ann offered us the upstairs room but only at 5pm the evening before our departure. The house is tucked away surrounded by high buildings and walls which make it very dark so an upstairs room is a must. I had a look at the room and it was far superior to the downstairs one.
