Excellent service and place”
The place is super clean, the employees are nice always helpful and nice, the waiters at the pool always treat us good Alberto, David, Jonathan and bar tender Arturo in one of the bars. The food at the restaurants was exquisite and the service awesome we didn’t have to wait the get a table.

The resort is on a level of it's own... amazing restaurants, staff, service, pools, rooms, amnesties... everything! There's even a FREE Starbucks inside :O Room service 24/7, all you can eat everywhere all day, great service, and the price paid is final :) no added local tax and such but ymmv. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Can't wait to come back again :)

Definitely recommend this Resort!! When they say all inclusive they really mean ALL INCLUSIVE . Staff is very attentive and everyone is very friendly!! The beach is beautiful and the food is great!! Booked only 3 nights and ended up staying a day shy of a week! Would definitely come back!!! Thanks live aqua!!!

We loved our stay! Pool, food, location, beach and the room all fantastic! Breakfast was perfect and we loved all the restaurants available! Fish tacos by the beach were awesome. Cocktails were a little watered down but still good. The only part we didn't enjoy was being told we'd receive a spa voucher if we listened to a couple of tour presentations. Unfortunately, it wasnt about tours. It turned into one big sell drilling to lock in a holiday with about 4 different staff members passing us on to each other. By the end we just realised we wanted to enjoy our current a holiday not to sell us on a deal that seemed a bit dodgy. Everything else was perfect. Thanks again for a memorable time!

The staff was really friendly and the beach was not private but still clean. The room service is various enough and I felt comfy having fun in the adult only hotel. One thing I was a little bit disappointed in was the restaurants. They offer different cuisines, however, the food was on average.

Pleasant stay - beautiful room. Pools and poolside service were amazing. A little quiet with not a lot going on at night other than an ok band that plays at the only bar on site that is open after 9pm. If you want a nightlife, you will have to go off the resort. There was not much in the way of entertainment here. Other than that, it was overall a good experience.

Buffett breakfast lack of variety, only the fresh juice bar is great ! Buffet dinner ( not available everyday ) is even disappointing! Sushi bar is just one man run bar to prepare sushi roll only ! The other restaurants is either taco or pizza and spaghetti! Not worth the extra 300 per night for food and drinks !

My girlfriends and I stayed here, and WOW we were impressed! Live Aqua is the best all-inclusive resorts I've visited. All of the staff were so friendly and courteous. I usually get bored of the food choices at resorts, but not this one. The selection of restaurants is fantastic for variety. The portions of the food were perfect, so you can try a bit of everything and not be wasteful. Loved all the food we had, I wish I could have eaten more! The breakfast buffet is phenomenal with lots of tasty options, a smoothie bar, and a Mimosa & Bloody Mary bar)! The fashion mall across the street is convenient for shopping and currency exchanges. Would definitely recommend this resort, and will be back again!

Slice of Heaven in Cancun!”
This was my first time ever at an all inclusive, and I think I have set the bar very high with Live Aqua. There's not enough words to describe the perfection of this place. From the moment we walked through the lobby we were treated like royalty and entered a total space of zen. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy. Friendly faces everywhere. The food was delicious! I only with we could have stayed longer. The only thing that I would say is that as a young couple in their older 20's we wished there was more to do at night. The bar closes at 1AM. We didn't want to leave the premises and we just wish there was some sort of more lively things to do late at night for the younger crowd in their late 20's. Other than that, no complaints. We ate at Siete every morning which has a delicious selection of everything you can think of. Dinner at MB was a highlight. Lunch at Sea Corner and Azure were also top notch! Will be back soon.

We are planning our next trip here”
Absolutely LOVED this place. This was our 1st all inclusive and we are excited to head back next year. There are 2 restaurants that aren't part of the all inclusive and there is also one restaurant that is part of the all inclusive which requires slacks for men. Over all the food we had was delicious and the staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I have a food allergy and they were very mindful of that which I appreciated. The cabanas are nice and come with a foot massage however these need to be reserved a day in advance. There are also lounge chairs with umbrellas on the beach and by the pools which are just as nice. There is an outdoor happy hour in which you can get a shot in a fresh coconut. They also have some games outside and an out door BBQ. It's a very relaxed atmosphere perfect for someone who needs some R&R. There are several tour videos about this place on YouTube as well.

Live Aqua Cancún was fantastic. The food was varied in selection and it was all very good. MB is on the list of my favorites! The staff was second to none! Everyone was extremely friendly and customer-focused. They go out of their way to meet every request. I would note that half of the resort is currently under renovation, which for us meant less crowded amenities! It would have been something I would like to know before we booked. The luxury stores right across the street were a nice perk.
