Great location! ”
Hotel is in a great location for Koh Tao. Close enough to everything around sarie beach but far enough that it’s quite at night. We stayed here for 13 nights; room was cleaned everyday, bed made, new towels and free water everyday. We had breakfast included which you get given a slip but they allowed us to have anything off the menu. Breakfast was 7.30-11.30 but as we dived most days and some days were back after this; they still allowed us to have our free breakfast even at 1pm! The staff are really friendly too! Booked a ferry with them and there’s a bike place next door (next to the shop) which was cheap and we had no problems renting with them. There’s a pool at the hotel next door which you can use for 150 bhat. There is building work going on next door which the lady informed us on check in however only woke us once. Would 100% recommend and defineltly will be back if we come back to Koh Tao!

Great Experience”
Our room was on the second floor facing the sea. We did not have a sea view, but the building next to us also blocked the afternoon sun, which made it quick and easy to cool it off when we returned at night. Our bed was large and comfortable, the TV, AC and small refrigerator worked well, and the shower was simple and effective (hot water if desired). What really makes this place a gem is the manager and staff. I would misspell her name if I tried, but the manager was absolutely lovely, informative and extremely helpful. Her English is fantastic. We'd have missed at least two great places on KoTao if not for her suggestions. The staff took excellent care of us and our room, even assisting us with getting some baggage to the pier! I would absolutely stay here again because those ladies made us feel so welcomed.

Good location , the beach 5 min walk . Taxi just on corner , laundry service next door 40B .7eleven 5 min walk. Easily 5 min u can get everything what u need for the normal life . Quite area ,not noise partying streets . Breakfast good to filling your stomach. But only couple options available , English-American or salad breakfast personally I like to feed my big face ,so little bit make me sad 2 small sausage 2 bread 2 eggs .Stuff normal , room nice and clean.Taxi boat service 5 min walk and easy to get to Ko nang yuan island take with long boat 10-15 min max .

Very nice hotel”
Living Chilled was a great value for our time in Sairee Beach. It's close enough to our dive shop and the beach, but far enough from the party and noise. The staff was really nice and accommodating. It was nice to have a little balcony to dry clothes and relax. Although there wasn't much of a view. Just note that the staff doesn't replace the sheets when they clean the room. We also had to ask for extra toiletries as they were not replaced either. The TV didn't work but we had no use for it.

Nice budget accommodation near Sairee beach”
The staff here is really friendly. I was there for a week for my scuba trip and the staffs were very helpful in providing answers to all of my many stupid questions and very accommodating w/ my early check-in at 5am in the morning. Downsides are that there are no place to wash your scuba gears at the hotel, but that can just be done at the local dive shop where you went out w/ instead. the beddings+blanket are a little bit thin but they were clean enough and all in all you get what you've paid for anyway

Great place to live on Koh Tao!”
This place you get a great room for the money with breakfast included. The rooms are large with ac, fridge, private outdoor seating and nice bathroom. The staff are helpful, we extended our stay without a problem to the same price as original. We also booked ferry/bus ticket from the hotel to Koh Lanta. The hotel is very close to the beach, lots of small shops, great restaurants and a good scooter rental place at the end of the road. Would recommend! It is an upgrade from the simple bungalows on the beach. But a little more expensive. But worth it!

Good value for money (we stayed somewhere on Koh Tao the night before for the same price which wasn’t as nice), really clean, quiet and the staff were helpful as well, they even serviced our room every day! Good location right at the top of sairee beach so easy to walk and even more doable with a scooter.

Good Hotel ”
The hotel is exceptionally clean, sparkling rooms. Toiletries and coffee provided as well as electric kettle, fridge, choice of AC or fan rooms. TV is there but almost no channels. No Beach towels. A bit far from the Center. It has 2 kinds of rooms, the west side rooms look against the walls of another hotel but the east side rooms have a wonderful view. So choose the east side rooms with the view. If taking fan room, note the windows don't have mosquito nets. All rooms have a patio which is nice. Beds are comfortable. Room is very spacious. Overall a wonderful stay,I did extend it. Rooms might not be the cheapest, I however loved my stay.

Everything was very good, except for the Internet. Wi-Fi constantly turned off, and sometimes it was not there at all. The staff is very friendly, the location is convenient, if you use a local sim card and there is no problem with the Internet - then this hotel is what you need.

Location was good, beware of no lift if on a higher floor. Couple minutes walk from the beach and good restaurants. Air con strong to keep you cool!

Very good choice for a stay on Koh Tao. The location is very quiet but short walk to the beach and restaurants, etc. The room was big enough and clean. The balcony was large and nice place to take a rest.

Great Hotel great value perfect location”
Having never been to Koh Tao before, I took time searching to find the best accommodation to suit our needs, I was very happily surprised when we arrived, the Hotel was at the end of Sairee Beach town literally 10 seconds to the beach, the staff were pleasant and very helpful nothing was too much trouble, this Hotel was definitely worth the money and when we return we will definitely stay there again.

Nice clean hotel in a good location ”
The room was modern, clean and spacious. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It’s walking distance to local dive schools (Roctopus in particular which is a really good one) and close to beach and restaurants. It’s up a side street off the main road which is why you get a nicer room for the money. Only down sides were no pool and no common area / lobby area to relax if you like that.
