Would be good for summer vacations But not a lot in the surrounding areas to keep children entertained during oct swimming pool closed. not many eating places near by . Staff very friendly and helpful

Nice rooms with good Facilities and a pool”
Everything was Nice and fun staying in the hotel as Well in the room. The only thing i would mention is the fluff towels which i could not deal with. My face was itchy everytime i used these. Maybe to swap these with regular ones? It is a great hotel with nice staff members and very helpfull. Will surely come back here again and with pleasure.

So far from the central station and there is no public transport nearby to get to the center If you don’t have a car you will regret to stay there in the end. Breakfast was good And staffs were kind tho

Great staff very friendly and helpful, at the reception and the restaurant. Beds are confortable and room is very clean. We had a triple room with kingsize bed and sofabed. Even the sofa bed was really good. But a little bit small but you can take that for granted. The price is very cheap compared to the rest of the hotels. The pool is very big and great. The breakfast is also good enough and they do their best to get you anything you ask for. Thanks!

We had a lovely week at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, reception set the standard. Upbeat ,helpful and charming. All the staff here were super. So a big thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. There's a relaxed atmosphere and lots of space to chill out. We loved the pool, trips into Bologna, And recommend the train to Venice for the day.

nice hotel with a friendly front desk lady”
stayed here just for a day, very friendly staffs and the lady on the front desk was working for 24hours and she was energetic because i kept seeing her whenever i came in and went out, breakfast was ok and this hotel is nearby 2 malls so easy to get food.

I am a regular at this hotel and is pretty good. Areas to improve would be the choice and pricing of dinner and asking the many Chinese visitors not be too noisy in the corridors. The rooms are nice and the hotel is clean and tidy.

Nice, clean hotel with ample parking, spacious rooms, good breakfast fare and big pool. Quite far from the city and nearest bus stop is about a kilometer away. Also, the pool is unavailable for parts of the year which they should mention in the hotel information details.

Hotel is nice, clean and modern with good facilities. Dinner choice is poor, limited and expensive however. Also questioned why they only gave me a single bottle of shower gel when I stayed for 3 nights? Other than that, a good stay.

Misleading prices- “added on fees” ”
Purchased two nights here specifically because the price was inclusive of ALL “fees and taxes”.... And, of course, we get milked for “touristic taxes” when checking out, which “aren’t covered by Agoda”... Gah! It’s more the fact that I hate being gouged and having no recourse. “When in Rome” (or Bologna) I suppose, ce la vie...

Hello Ben, Thanks for your review. The city tax is never included into room price. if Agoda sends you email confirmation tellig this, i'm sorry but it's not true. If you feel milked about touristic tax, it's your right to refuse to pay it just filling a form for the municipality with all your data. Best regards
Nice cosy hotel near the highway exit”
Breakfast was good, rooms very clean, staffs were very helpful. Location is good for those who are driving there as it near the highway exit, a bit of a hassle for those who are using the public transport as it is far from the train and bus station. Walking distance to the malls.

Horrible staff horrible way of treating foreign guests”
The photos on the site do not reflect the economy room which was given to us which is horrible. The staff mentioned only level 1 was not revamped and they had very old furnishing, the toliet bowel have a big crack, the bath tub which you have to shower in was in a poor state, honestly look like a nightmare. In Agoda i see that it mentioned all rooms have mini bar which was not true for the room that was given to us, it didnt have any kettle or safe, just two beds and area to hang clothes, that's all. When reflected that to the staff they mentioned that it is just like that as we booked through agoda and not their own website, we mentioned their own website also states that the economy room has such facilities which to the horrible manager/supervision realization it was true and she reluctantly upgraded us to a standard room (her staff before that told us ALL ROOMS ARE BOOKED) and the manager while changing our room didnt forget to mention that WE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN FOR THE PRICE WE PAID
