Unless you wanna get dissapointed, listen to me. If you're looking for a very affordable place to stay the night in, I highly recommend this one. It may not have a TV and a telephone in a room, but the neatness and cleanliness is outstanding and incomparable.

I book this place because its very affordable though I was hesitant at it because sometimes, affordable place means not good at all (though it does not apply to all). We arrived around 12pm if we wanted to check-in to leave our things behind for us to stroll around downtown. They asked for 300php for early check-in(which is not bad at all). The room is super clean, it has 2 single beds which we eventually attached to one another, the bathroom is also clean. No television in the room and wifi is weak but its not important at all. The place is quiet, you can definitely rest. The fast-food chains along Lacson St is a walking distance same with the Capital Park & Lagoon and going to Ayala Capitol Central. Everything is accessible even if you want to take the public commute. I will definitely comeback to this place and will recommend it.

The building is new, however, tile floor wasn't put in place properly. Floor became unstable and tiles might break eventually. Management should initiate the repair since guests will be uncomfortable moving around. Other than that, place is nice, affordable and clean. Good location too.

Our stay was awesome. From booking the room til changing the dates of our stay it was easy breezy.”
What stood out was the quietness of the area although it's not very accessible at night if you don't have a car. The amenities were fantastic. It's just there wireless connection that is a bit of a bummer. Overall the experience was great. Friendly and accomodating staff.

5 stars for “Value for money,” “Cleanliness,” & “Staff.” It depends on your location, though very much accessible near the main highway. You only need to ride in a pedicab. If you want faster commute, use taxi or trike. Facilities: No TV (informed us as we were about to check in). Slow Net connection; as a consequence, utilized our own data.

There’s a wall climbing area at the back!”
I loved that there was a wall climbing area at the back, I would definitely come back for that. It’s a different establishment from the hotel but it was accessible. Speaking of accessibility, it’s kind of sketchy from the outside. I had my doubts and even got lost a bit, but it’s actually safe. I walked my way to the park at night and even rode a Jeep and tricycle to the manukan area of Bacolod near SM. Downside is that the cr kind of smelled bad because I think the shower area tiles are flat instead of slipping down to the sink. The rooms can get very cold very fast so that was a plus. Spacious and worth it. Under construction condo that’s being used as a hotel at the moment.

New building, clean room, spacious and newly painted. Lockers have enough space. Receptionists friendly and accomodating. Elevator is a great help. Just that no tv inside the room but over all rating of this is: VERY SATISFACTORY
