The staff are great, they went out of their way so we'd be comfortable and feel welcome.
I made an error in booking the hotel by not checking my dates more carefully. Roberto at the Locanda La Lucciola went out of his way to make sure we had an equally nice, safe place to stay because the Locanda was fully booked. The location is very good, the food good, and the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. I'd highly recommend it.
