Poor Service Back Packer”
Water was very little, muddy and smelly during our group stay. After a short while, the water was cut off. Hostel staff said can not do much. Have to buy mineral water to take bath eventually. .

Not recommend for family with young children because you need to step up to 2nd or 3rd floor where the rooms are located. Very good location. Building very old. Clean room, small space, clean toilets. Reception counter smoke smell badly.

Not suitable for family with young children. More suitable for backpack traveller and budget travelers. Really cheap price especially during peak season. Room no chair no table no cupboard. Supply hanger only. Airconditioning very good functioning. Toilet clean, bed condition ok. We stayed 2 days, short period ok.

Location”
Location is great! There is Sunday market outside till 1 P.M. during Sundays.. C.R. needs some scrubbing. Staffs are very kind and friendly.

Full of bedbugs and crockcroaches!”
Pros: the location of this place is great. It's right in the city centre close to all the main things. Cons: this place is absolutely full of bedbugs! We moved rooms 3 times and every room we went to were full of them. We found them crawling on the walls above the bed and my body was covered in bites. Each time I went to tell the staff, they didn't really seem to care or they didn't understand the word 'bedbug' and said I need to speak U.S English. As well as the bedbugs, there were crockcroaches in the bathroom (like 5+ in each room), and the place was generally unclean. We've stayed in some pretty bad places in the 8 months we've been travelling, and I don't usually leave reviews unless I feel a place is really good or really bad. It's a shame about this place as the location is spot on!

Good location, services need to be improved”
Water supply was cut off at 11am just as I finished using the toilet. Lucky me. It only came back a hour or more later. Air con is set to one temperature without a remote control. So the room without windows will become a refrigerator in a matter of minutes. Was not offered a towel when I came back to the hotel a few days later as they were all out for wash. Had to wait till the next day to get one.

My favourite stay!”
First impressions are everything and not only was the lodge clean, modern, new and comfy looking but the owners are also so friendly. They couldn't have made me feel anymore comfortable if they tried. They made a point of listening and then later asking me how my day trip went, unlike other hostels where I was just greeted. The other members of staff were also very friendly. The location in central to practically everything. Wifi was strong which is a first for Malaysia for me. The communal area is 24 hours with films on the TV. Another highlight for me was that breakfast which is included in the price did not have a cut off time, this is a pro as if I was to get up late I would normally miss it. Aircon in the room was a bonus also, slept like a baby, especially with all new beds which were too comfy ha..hence the late get up. The only downfall for me is I didn't stay long enough!!!

之前有顧客分享這裡會停水,以為偶發性，結果也我們遇上！是輕隔間，隔音效果不好；員工懶懶散散，四晚沒主動換過一次毛巾，更別說整理房間！房間有股異味，廁所也很多黃漬。因為評價的人不多，誤以為評價不錯。
