Loft 3 is located in Padang Besar and provides accommodation with a shared lounge and free WiFi, 47 km from Central Festival Hatyai and 50 km from The 60th Anniversary of His Majesty the King’s Accession to the Throne International Convention Center. All units are air conditioned and include a seating and/or dining area. Asian Cultural Village is 27 km from the homestay, while Dinosaur Park Dannok is 27 km away. The nearest airport is Hat Yai International Airport, 43 km from Loft 3.

INTERNET WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. PARKING Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs MYR 3 per day. PETS Pets are not allowed. CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED POLICY Children of any age are allowed. People no matter the age stay for MYR 50 per person per night when using an available extra bed. You haven't added any cots. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Though the unit was at the upper floor, but it was clean and comfortable. Shared bathroom but ok for us since it was just a pit night stop to catch the earlier train to Ht Yai the next morning.

The place is really clean and nice to stay for shopping at Padang Besar. Only walking distance from the homestay to Padang Waremart and Arked Niaga. But it is really deserted in the morning and night. Couldnt find any breakfast and dinner nearby. Luckily they provide Maggi in the room :)

near to KTM komuter utara (Padang besar) use taxi to this hotel .. Near gapura square and padang waremart where sell pasar pagi (or pasar malam item).. Also specially near thailand border for those who have passport already can travel to thailand

It's very near Padang Besar Immigration, short walk (left hand side). Rooms inside the building are nice and clean. Shared bathroom is not bad. There are plenty for public space. Rooftop with microwave, water (hot and cold) and fridge.

Toilet sharing with next room. Need to lock next room entrance before used the toilet, and unlock back after using. To check in you need to call the owner. Need to call several time because owner late pick up the phone. Luckily the owner call me back. No deposit just they taking pic of your ID. TV outside the room and hot water can take outside of the room. Free maggi hot cup. Consider the location, easy check out, kfc and atm was nearby about 300m for me the homestay was outstanding.

Good experience, clean environment, with dining table and nice view. Bathroom eventually is sharing with next room but we got lucky no neighbor. Overall is good for solo, group and family stay.
