Great value. Clean room and friendly staff in safe location near 7/11, affordable restaurants and street vendors which accommodate the students attending the university.

Simple yet comfortable”
Overall it was quite simple, stayed in the group room suite. There was a little smell in the toilet, but it goes away after running water to the drains. Aircond looks old but still very cold, so I reallly like it. Not much to be picky on, good place to stay if you're travelling around Salaya, takes almost 40 minutes to the city

Big Room, Walkable to Mahidol University”
Very convenient for those who are looking for an accommodation that is close to Mahidol University. I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Features 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living area, kitchen and TV. Very comfortable as I traveled with a child.

Great place for commencement day”
I and my friend stayed here for commencement day at Mahidol University. The place was very near. You can walk. The price was quite expensive compared to normal time, but understandable since there was event and almost every places were fully booked.

I just needed a quiet, clean place to stay near Mahidol U for an early morning appt there. It was my first time to go to that part of BKK, and didn’t want to fight early morning traffic. The Loft was perfect for my needs. A hot water pot for early morning tea would have been appreciated. Otherwise, it was great.

big space (one bedroom one living room, tv is both rooms) but very simple. 2 bottles of water in the fridge and that's it. no boiler. there's a 7eleven at 20m from the condo, the street is quiet. market not far also to have breakfast ( Local thai breakfast of course, don't expect any foreign products except coffee).

It’s ok. Good location if you are looking to stay in Salaya near the markets and street food vendors at a low cost. Biggest negative is the smell. Fumes from drains smell of sewer and are very noticeable. Ok considering the low cost but just know it’s pretty rough.

Being an apartment block mainly for students at Mahidol University , the property lets rooms as hotel stays . There are no frills just a bed , bathroom and free wifi and water . There was no kettle or tea/coffee , an omission which they would be wise to address

Price is too high for room, a bed, and 2 small bottles of water only. The room & furniture are old and worn, TV & phone don’t work. You can find better for 1000 THB per night. I do not recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is good. Walking distance to the train station. Street food is up the Main Street, lots of selection. Salaya morning market is 10 minutes walk. Lots of available public transportation. We will stay here again

If you need a hotel in this area this is a good choise”
This hotel is primarily student acco.odation for Mahidol University. But if you need a hotel in Salaya this is quite a good option.. But transport will be limited to a taxi or private car as there is no public transport close by.

Perfect location, but not a sanitary room.”
If you have a business in the area or the university in Salaya area, the hotel is situated in a perfect location with many restaurants and food hawkers around in the evening. One major disappointment is their rooms. Our room is not clean at all. There are ants, lizards and small cockroaches in our room, not mentioned some sweet stain on a table. When we informed the hotel staff about the matter, they said "They did not see them before our check-in". the parking lot is limit to 8 - 10 slots, otherwise you have to park on a nearby road side. Not really recommend this hotel (Actually it is a student dormitory).
