Loft. Wo Design Inn is located very close by to central Tainan. There's a shopping street just around the corner and it's within walking distance to almost anywhere! We stayed for two nights and walked everywhere. The loft style room is amazing and the extra high ceiling is a plus. It's nice that the bed is located on a leveled platform. The room is very clean as no outdoor shoes are allowed inside the hotel. The staffs are very informative and gave lots of tips regarding what to do around the hotel. There's also vouchers to try out some traditional Tainanese chicken rice in a nearby shop. The only downside would be the shower but it's not a big problem. The shower is quite strong, but there's no shower curtains so water will get everywhere. Towels provided were "recyclable" towels so they are essentially just paper. Other than that, this is a perfect place to stay in Tainan if you want some quiet in the middle of the night and want to b e able to go anywhere within walking distance.

Located inside an unassuming alley, it is located strategically near the Tainan Train Station with plenty of eateries and shops within walking distance. Stayed at the highest floor (loft) in which you need to climb up a steel ladder to get to the bed. It was a mistake on my part to book this room as we were carrying big luggages and without a lift, we need to carry it all the way up till 4th floor. Also, while nice in design, the loft is not practical as it's pretty dangerous to climb up and down the steel especially if you need to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. I saw other rooms at lower floors which would have been more suitable for us. Room was clean and it has the feel of a quaint little place friendly staffs to help you out.

When in tainan this is your place. Cosy, unique and very friendly. Typically Taiwan. Go for it.

The inn can be reached on foot from Tainan Train Station, my room is cozy and everything inside my room is clean and tidy.

Review of Loft. Wo Design Inn”

Short distance from the Tainan Station, where all the buses are located. Nicely decorated lofts. However, not suitable for families with small kids. Towels provided are too small and not changed.

Relaxing quaint house”

Great for couples. Innovative loft concept. The accomodation is hidden in an alley and may be hard to locate. Email the Inn for directions. The bed was too firm for my liking. Otherwise very nice environment.

Fun and convenient place”

It's a little tricky to find at first but it's situated in an interesting neighbourhood. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Room's also exactly like the photos and clean.

Enjoyed my stay but it is hard to locate the property when I first got there. It is really deep at the end of the alley. Might be a little inconvenient if you do not have cars or own transport to travel cause it is not exactly near any bus station.

裝修風格很清新時尚，接待也很熱情周到。主要說的就是位置很不好找，提供的地址只是說在衛民街，但是怎麼也看不見找不到，其實在衛民街的一個小巷最裡面，開始在街上來回走了兩三趟都沒找到，最後恰巧遇到一好心的阿婆告訴了我們才找到，很感謝她。所以建議把地址寫具體到幾巷幾號

Really comfortable loft”

The loft is exactly like the picture. Very tidy. The only problems we encountered were the wifi (sometimes it went off and on) and the ladder (the ladder is metal. A little uncomfortable to climb. It would have been better for it to be a wooden ladder or for them to apply anti-slips). Besides that, the rooms are very quiet, it is spacious, hot showers are provided, the bed was super comfortable, and the TV worked very well (with unlimited movie choices). I strongly recommend it to anyone staying in Tainan.

Okey hostel but not good one”

If you travel alone and want to stay near the station in the city area, this would be a good place. But if you are looking for something different experience in Tainan, there are many other hostel out there. Some of the room, you need to climb stairs with your suitcase (no elevator), you need to climb(again) steps to move up to the loft. The shower room/toilet is very small and a bit smell(need to close and turn on the air ventilation). The sofa has a tear in the middle and was covered with a blanket so when I sit on, it hurts my but…..😓 Consider about the price this is okey but not good or great.
