Loge has everything you need and is a great place to stay. We arrived very late but check in is remote and easy (just make sure to give them your phone number beforehand!) the rooms are fully kitted out with everything you might need and the fire pits are superbly cosy.

My sister and I stayed for 2 nights mid-week in February for a skiing trip. Our room wasn't ready so they offered us an upgrade. We liked the room and the beds. The common area is very friendly with a real fireplace. It is a short distance down the road from ski resort but that is totally worth it to avoid the astronomical prices to stay near the slopes. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time in a month I stayed at the Lode. The first time I stayed the heater was broken. They brought in a portable and offered to give me a discount that never happened. I called to check on it and was told I'd get a call back and never heard from them again. I decided to give them a second try. Mostly because everything was booked and this was the closest option. The walls are incredibly thin. You can hear your neighbors conversation and every event that happens in their bathroom. The room wasn't fully cleaned. The floor was dirty and there were no additional blankets for the fold out bed. When trying to ask for additional linens I was dismissed with a "oh yeah, well get to it". I have to say the second experience was much worse than the first with both room and staff and definitely not worth what they charged. Unless things improve and/or get much cheaper, I would not recommend Loge for your next trip to the Breckenridge area.

It is SMALL, our room was small, I could barley turn around in the shower and the room, was Small! but it was nice, quaint and comfortable. The beds slept well, they are memory foam BUT you could roll over and start all over in the middle of your sleep, pretty good actually. There was one dud as for staff, we had already been there near a week and then he says you have to move your vehicle Really after 5 days??? I'm not sure I'd stay again but only because of how small it was for the money. ANY place this small any where should cost much less. Other wise we liked it and think others will also!
