The hotel staff were very nice. We got a cheaper room. We requested a higher floor. We were give a room on top floor. The room itself was small but that's what we paid for... the hotel has a lovely outdoor pool free of charge.. one of the best features was the on site rental car facility which was very reasonable. I'd stay here again:)
Booked 2 superior rooms, room was clean and tidy, the onsen was great, overall location very convenient with a huge supermarket next to the hotel, one advice is if you are driving, you do not need to park at the hotel designated parking which is a bit expensive, there are 2-3 open parking lots literally down the street that you can park for 24 hours with a maximum charge of 500yen (so if you park at night from 10pm to next morning 10am, it will be 500 yen)
Good location close to the Naha airport”
Good hotel who wants to stay at the place close to the Naha airport
Convenient if you have an early morning flight next day. View of the bay is lovely too. Would be great if the hotel provides complimentary bottled water.
Outdoor pool was closed in November”
The room was clean, and beds were huge. We had 3 adults with 2 kids, and were able to sleep comfortably in the room with 2 large beds. Outdoor pool was closed due to the winter season, thank goodness for the indoor pool which the kids really enjoyed as it was warm and cosy. Hotel breakfast, food selection was limited, but theres a supermarket just 3 mins walk away and we could add up to our breakfast food. Overall good experience!
A well place for family”
Before going to Okinawa, I didn't know that was a quite big hotel here. Even it took me about 10-15 mins by walking, still worth it. With very colourful and multiple choice breakfast, Hotspring, Swimming pool, and they did have several shops downstairs at ground level. The staff were Okinawan style kind, and were willing to solve any questions and problems.
Cleanliness is the key”
We booked a superior twin room with city view, we ended up with a room at the very end of the hallway so we got a beautiful ocean view! Room was very spacious and clean, bed was comfy, a/c worked well. The only problem: Bathroom. Very dated with strong smell of mildew, like most of the Japanese hotel bathroom there's no window, so when the moisture traps and ventilation isn't strong enough, you find moulds between tiles. I couldn't stand the smell so I called the front desk about this issue, they promptly offered a room change (which was perfect!) but my family refused to move... However, they made sure the housekeeping staff will clean the tiles in the bathroom next day and I think they did a great job cause the smell went away. Overall it was a pleasant stay! Perfect for family trip. Supermarket right across from the hotel. I'd say it's ideal for guests with rental car cause there's a 15 min walk to the train station. We will be back!
Near to airport”
Put up a night here due to late arrival. Room size is big and near to the car rental company ie: Orix. Apparently you could pick up the car from Loisir as we noticed that there's actually Orix car rental work desk in the hotel.
nice pool and jacuzzi”
east tower is basicaly a business hotel
Booked a room for 3 and was given 3 single bed, big room and comfy bed! Nice balcony overlooking swimming pool. There's indoor and outdoor pool and a gym to work out. Huge supermaket 2 mins walk from hotel. Located in the city. Need to pay extra for onsen and parking.
Pool and Spa are excellent!”
Easy access from the airport and also to the ferry port where I usually take ferry to Okinoerabu island to visit my parents. My 7 yrs. son really enjoys the saltwater indoor pool while I enjoy their natural hot spring spa which is unusual to have in down town Naha hotel. Their big souvenir shop, convenience store, and my favorite apparel store save my time to walk down to Kokusai-dori (down town). Highly recommended hotel.
Okay place if you find a good deal”
The internet was awful. Our room was dirty when we arrived and we had to ask someone to clean our door which had some liquid of some sort all over it. The outdoor pool has too many restrictions. The pool staff is constantly watching you like they are waiting for you to do something wrong. They do not smile or speak which would make the staring less annoying if they’d at least at happy to have guests. The indoor pool is small and you have to pay to utilize it. You also have to pay for access to the gym which is a big turn off for me. Overall the hotel is okay but due to the additional fees I will stay at other hotels.
Huge Room, nice public bath”
The room is very spacious, location is not far from the city as we are driving, there is a supermarket nearby
It's a large hotel that we used just for a late-night arrival, just to sleep. Very comfortable.
Good hotel with a small in house onsen. Staffs very friendly. Location is very convenient. Room is big and the kids love staying here.
room too small”
The room is really small, we can hardly move between ourselves. It is like a super 8 or motel 6 in America, but the price is, of course, higher than that
Expensive High Charge Parking”
Very expensive and Charge Parking 1,500 yen/night. I won't back this hotel when i be in Naha again.
Clean and nice breakfast”
Good but when we use indoor pool, we had to pay extra fees. I’m sorry to hear that. But the water was so good
If you don't use pool, it's good hotel. The pool is different from the photo. And if you are girl, don't use the pool in the evening. You will be a show girl of the restaurant by the pool, and in that restaurant, many men with closes......
