It is one of my favorite hotels in Tokyo. I have stayed in this hotel for couple of times. I figured out some of the staff are very professional while some of them are not. especially one day I was late for check out and was in my room then the staff came in the room directly without noticing. I was shocked. Maybe he knocked on the door I didn't hear but apparently, he didn't make effort to inform me in advance. And another day it was another staff, when I did check out, his attitude seems unpleasant, and was talking in an unpolite and unpleasant tone. I think the real professional attitude is not like this. As I really like this hotel, especially the lobby, I sincerely hope they could have a better team to serve the customers. COVID is hard for the hotel industry but lack of professionality could damage more than COVID .

I really like this hotel. Especially the lobby. And their room is bigger than others in Tokyo at the same price level. This is my second time to stay here. But I found room cleaning is not as good as last time. I found some left garbage in the room. If they could improve this it could be 100 points!

Good access to Haneda and Shinagawa”
A nice newly renovated hotel, so everything is clean. Breakfast was good, nothing too special, but the view from the 16th floor was great. Great value for money.

Good value but smoke room smells more than others places”
The title says it all. But note worthy, it’s not expensive about 75$ per night and can check in until 2 am, which was a life saver for me. Also check out is until 11, which is normal but sometimes other places requires you to check out at 10. Located about 15 minutes from shinazawa station by train.

A nice hotel ”
Lobby on 16th floor. Room on 17-22 floor. The elevator is fast. The Rinkai line is very near but it costs extra to access metro or JR. it’s ideal for Odaiba trip. Bus to HND is easy. It’s near Aeon, very easy for grocery or shopping. I don’t like the carpet though. It causes my allergies. The bathroom is nice. The washing machine is not good.
