New modern decor B&B right next to the beach with a nice ocean view from our room. We came during the wrong season so weather was very windy and cloudy, and many restaurants were closed, but we rented a car and it only takes 15 mins to drive to downtown. Boss is friendly. Great option if you want to stay next to the beach, 2 min walk

絕對超值的住宿”
1.位置在山水沙灘旁，一起床側邊落地窗就能看到海和天空。 2.設施非常舒適且新穎，供養一應俱全。 3.老闆待人親切，除了早餐供應手沖拿鐵，有遺失物還親自送至機場附近，另外也會協助行程安排給出各項建議。

乾淨寬敞老闆好，非常新有電梯”
離山水沙灘和山水炭烤很近，非常新，睡前睡醒都是海，陽台很大，浴缸很舒服，非常新，床好睡，電視品質好，頂樓美景許願有個發呆亭或躺椅，老闆會幫忙安排行程，還整理了他的美食表給我們，如果有機會會再造訪。

距離海灘很近，房間乾淨”
步行可到達山水沙灘，但是位置在巷子裡若用導航可能會有點迷路，要從海灘那條路走才正確。 房間乾淨，但是空間不大，房間看到的海景大部分都被遮住了有點失望，頂樓景觀比較不錯。整體來說CP值普通。

剛好碰上超強颱風，幾天都待在民宿。 設施很新、很堅固，住的很舒服，颱風都不怕。 老闆給我們升級，露台看海，真正海島渡假的旅程，坐在露台沙灘椅看海看黃昏很舒服。 位置在山水沙灘旁，玩水很方便。雖然位置距離馬公等中心地區稍遠，但去澎湖就是想要遠離繁囂，所以很好。 老闆照顧得我們很好，待人親切，人很好。

山水離市區雖有段距離，但是非常值得想要步調緩慢的旅客來此一住！ 房間除了可以看到海景、住宿環境清幽、老闆的手沖咖啡和拿鐵更是一絕。 下次來澎湖，還是會選擇朗朗山水。

絕佳的民宿位置與住宿品質”
我們是三對情侶夫妻同遊。老闆人很好，好客且主動招呼我們，而且清水模的建造，與室內陳列也很清爽。每個客房的外面有個大陽台與桌椅，只是天氣太熱也沒有吸煙就不跨到室外了。走路五分鐘內可到旁邊的寧靜海灘戲水。 如果喜歡遠離市區，不太需要夜間還出來覓食或買便利商店的便利感，這裡真的值得大家尋訪。 下次到訪會再預訂。
