Amazing stay, staff, facilities and especially breakfast!”
As the title explains the location in Mataram is premium, not too close to the centre but close enough to get to desired locations. The staff is amazingly helpful and polite. Facilities and cleanliness are well kept and the breakfast has a mix of western and indonesian with vegetarian options too. Coffe and capuccinos on request was just the best!

The best service from the staff”
My mom was ill on the second day we were in lombok. She stayed in the room to rest. The hotel staff took extra care of her when she found out that she was not feeling well. They brought some fruits, rice porridge and some other meals for her. I absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone who is staying in lombok . The location is also very strategic to go to different places in Lombok. Not too crowded as in the city center but close enough to a lot of different places

Hotel has a great vibe. Views from room brilliant. Buffet breakfast exceptional. Egg station great. Cut above the rest really for Mataram. Compares well with other cities around the world. Totally value for money, at least during may 2022. Will definitely stay here given the opportunity next time.

Stayed at LA from 19 - 21 Oct 2022. Great staffs, clean room + bathroom with room view facing Mount Pusuk. The only down point was the wifi is very slow.
