Classy”

Luxurious stay

Very quick check in including an upgrade!! Love that!! We got the 21st floor with an amazing view over Hyde park and it was a very large room considering we were central London. The room had a King size comfortable bed - a good size bathroom and everything was spotless. Breakfasts were great with a large range of well presented food. We ate at Trader Vics restaurant on the Lower ground floor, and were a little disappointed it didnt live up to the rest of our experience here. The food was very pricey for what you got. i dont want to detract from the Hilton as their staff and services were first class.

great location with excellent service”

service was good and hotel rooms were well maintained

was in Hilton Parklane for a business trip and i was pleasantly impressed with the service, rooms and there really isn't anything to complain about. the rooms were very well made up/clean and the stay in the hotel was comfortable. also the staff in the hotel were ever friendly and they never fail to make my day. the only downside would be that the tube station requires a bit of walking, however this is manageable since we have got either green park or Hyde park station to choose from (which adds to variety of cos). its walking distance to popular spots like Piccadilly circus, Covent garden, oxford street. if you want to skip the walking, you could catch a bus (remember to get your oysters) and everything is within reach. overall, pleasant experience and would be back to Hilton@parklane again should i have another work trip! cheers xx

Location was great and the service was fantastic

We stayed here for one night in November, the room was very compact but had amazing views looking out towards London Eye and Tower Bridge. Everything as expected of Hilton chain and all staff were very helpful and polite.

Great Hotel”

Location, room quality

we had a great stay at the hilton on park lane. the hotel is well located, rooms are adequate, etc. the only faults that i can record is that housekeeping could pay more attention to detail. we were three in the rooms, but consistently we got 2 bottles of water, two sets of towels, two chocolates, etc. i also think that the restaurant staff at breakfast should be taught to be more customer orientated, as requests for certain items were treated with disdain, although the items were always provided. i also think that the internet charge is extremely high and that this facility should be a value added service at no cost. the other annoying thing is that i asked for early check-in as we had travelled for more than 11 hours, but our rooms were only available after 1pm.

Excellent hotel with excellent staff courtesy”

Very good location and very comfortable atmosphere

this is the third year in a raw that I stayed in this hotel. Both myself and my wife love it for the excellent location, comfortable atmosphere, safety and staff positive attitude. Examples of the excellent attitude of the hotel staff: I forgot a shoppoing bag in the elevator and few minutes later, it was found by the security man who brought it to our room. I forgot my amberella in the taxi and the hotel gave me a new one instead, though this was not their responsibility.

Exactly as expected from a Hilton Hotel except that the Dry Cleaners was closed on Sunday. I believe that should be open as happens in most of the Hotels world wide that their guest are business travellers.Other than that all services where first class and London is always a great destination !

This is my third time to stay at this hotel. I booked the executive room so can enjoy the excecutive lounge service. They offer non -stop drinks and food during specific time which is excellent which not many other hotels in Europe will do the same. Their breakfast at lobby is more than excellent!!! All the food is fresh and specially made. I really enjoy to stay at this hotel

Location, brand name

I was expecting more helpful staff. The hotel was advertised as having valet parking. But there wasnt any. We had to pay £50 for parking and also everytime we were going in and out of the car park, it was charging us. I wonder what do they do with guest who come with their car.

Location, Location, Location”

Location, Fast Room Service, Friendly Staff

I stayed in the Queen room and the bed was comfortable, but the room was very, very small. Since I was by myself, this wasn't a problem. But, if there were two people, it would have been a tight, tight squeeze. Opt for a larger room if more than one person. The food I bought from room service was great. The staff was very friendly. They had an odd cleaning rotation and time. They would arrive around 4:30pm offering room service as opposed to earlier in the day. Not sure what kind of schedule they use, but consequently I never received room service. Overall, though, very nice hotel and the location is absolutely superb. Walking distance to the palace and also to Oxford Street.

Central location”

good location, pleasant staff, easy check out, good breakfast

Our stay was pleasant. The location to tube & buses, shops and sight seeing attractions was very good. Only down side was our room on thh 5th floor must have been close to the night club as the pounding of music kept me awake, also if you are not used to the sound of police sirens this can be disturbing in the middle of the night but can hardly be avoided in central London.
